    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 my signal is so bad, I never get my incoming calls and when I make outgoing calls the signal drops, never had such bad experience from o2
