@Henry_Keating87 @O2 I had issues from November 2019 until start of this month when I finally changed to Smarty. I was told at first it was temporary problem that was being fixed then for 18 months I was told too many ppl in my area used o2 so that’s why everything was slow……

Utterly shocking customer service from @O2. Took five days & several phone calls to get PAC code, then they cut me off before transfer has taken place. Log complaint & promised a call back, nothing! More chasing & they lie saying they have called me! Funny nobody left a message
