@O2 are a mess at the moment. App doesn't work, phones are to busy to answer, and im left with a phone thats useless and im not getting what I pay for. Everything screams ClusterF×*k. How can you get help if you cant even get through to them. 30mins on hold so far!

So @O2 screw up majorly. I’m without service for over a week and they’re still charging me for a device I can’t use.
