    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 HELP. New customer to o2 , ported my mobile number from three to o2, yesterday. Started to work fine,but after 20’minutes has failed. No network connection and number appears dead when you call from another phone. HELP this is really bad for my business!!

    @O2 This is terrible and seams to be your standard answer! Had a call via WhatsApp from a guy claiming to be o2, not sure it was, as he asked me to download an app to receive compensation. Very dodgy !

    @O2 my contract is up-the best offer you have is £16 a month as the lowest contract offer you have is for 80GB of data?! Who needs that?! I’ve been managing just fine on the 6Gb I’ve had for the past 2 years. As a new customer I could get an £8 a month contract with you though??

    So @o2 wtf is wrong with your app and webpage. Who am I even paying if I can't access an account? I see this has been going on months now since the virgin o2 takeover. Is this a polite way to force customers to leave?

    Why is the customer service so bad at @O2 so poor. How can installing an ESim be such hardwork on @Apple Ipad. Two calls of over 40 minutes each, issue unresolved. Then told, "Oh our systems are down, Esim can not be downloaded at the current time" If you go into one of our shops (68 minutes away) they might be able to sort it, if not we can post you a physical sim.
