@O2 @FimonaThomas 5 hours later & @O2 are still telling folk to try. What are they not getting that their app & website isn’t working regardless of who else has tickets… will be the last contract with O2, been with them for 15 years! Customer service is shocking!

@O2 @FimonaThomas Tickets were being sold on gigs and tours to people bypassing your app with a referrer code on the end of the url. Do not lie that people are using your app as your app has been down ever since 9am and still is! Very very poor service.

@O2 I rememeber servers crashing 10 years ago for tickets. Imagine, it's 2022 and a network provider doesn't even have enough bandwidth for themselves and 4 hours later they still can't fix it.
