@O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

@O2 just had absolutely appalling service from your network service line took ages checking the account then explained the issues I have 3 times then said she "couldn't" hear me and hung up.I have got 4 devices with network with O2 and none have signal!

Just received a weird text from @DPDgroup_news saying I had a parcel missing which I never! I reported this to my @O2 as it was sent in error, although whenever I order from HMV they always tell me if it's DPD or Royal Mail in this case it wasn't DPD.
