have had shocking service over the last few days from @O2 however @ThreeUKSupport have restored my faith in Mobile networks and also saved me a truckload of cash in the process. superb #CustomerService from them would recommend for sure

@O2 Hi, when I check the network status for my area it says 'looks like a nearby phone mast isn't working as it should' Its been like this since at least Saturday, how long is it likely to take before sorted? as it is effecting my signal :( (Bridgend CF31)

@O2 I received an email today saying that I could leave my contract early without redemption charge due to changing contract t&c on 2nd August. Customer services have no idea what this is about and are telling me it will cost if I leave early. Can send you the email if necessary

Since getting the #iphone12 i have had nothing but issues with making calls on @o2. previous iPhone was fine signal was always strong , all my calls now fail first time round. Is anyone else having these issue’s.

@O2 We do this every time I mention the awful service, and nothing ever comes of it or is resolved. You just say I should be receiving the expected service, which is rubbish btw. No one actually visits the area to check.

@NukuMutuku @O2 There isnt any its a joke theres been zero thought process put into it a text to every customer on the network would of been fair enough warning hopefully no 80 year old gets it and ends up distressed
