    @O2 not happy 😞 Waiting on a new sim. Meanwhile my current one has lost ALL signal. Wi-fi won’t fix my family calling in an emergency or important texts. 2 days now.

    @O2 Day 65 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Noone can get hold of me and I can't make calls. CustServ had no solutions and didn't disagree when I said I would have to find another provider if this isn't resolved. Meanwhile I'm being charged for no service!

    @O2 please can you sort out the signal in B37, its been going on for months now. I've tried using WiFi calling (I'm with virgin media as part of my plan) doesn't really work. I keep missing important calls and messages.

    @O2 I'm trying to contact Collections but all calls don't get through. I am receiving no texts from anywhere including govt sources and security checks. What is your customer service number? I'm in Chester where you have little signal.

    @O2 Customer service is repetivley hopeless. I have NO SIM error on my Apple watch, customer service said it'll be working today but guess what!!! It's not. I'm paying for this service that just doesn't work and can't get anywhere with the overseas call centre. PAC code please

    @O2 Been about 5 days without signal. Tried all the tips. I note lots of complaints locally and online. I'm out of contract so will be exploring options
