    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 Good evening. Please can you tell me the customer service 'open' times? Earlier, I was put on hold, after speaking to the first person, for 48.38 minutes then spoke to 3 more people, the last one was going to call me back as I could hardly hear her. Still waiting...

    @O2 Why is it taking two weeks to deliver my new phone? I can see these phones in the O2 shops - and in other shops. I literally am now left without a phones for two weeks as I'm upgrading to replace a broken phone. It's such a hassle.
