Amusingly, when I called @O2 to report the fraud attempt, the call centre 'droid was interested only in checking that my account hadn't been compromised, and was entirely uninterested in taking details of the fraud attempt to correlate against the network equipment's audit logs.

@O2 I can never get through to the online conversations? Every time it says that you’re currently too busy right now. No matter what time I try. I need to speak with someone regarding the service where I live, it’s an ongoing problem and I’m starting to get really frustrated

@O2 after 4 months and much fobbing off, the phone signal in my house is still a joke. Have to go a mile away before someone can hear me speak. Sort the masts out in Swansea SA4 region. Was working perfectly until you made changes

Extremely disappointed with @O2 customer service, been trying to sort my daughter's Santa gift since middle of January and no one is helping me and everytime I call they promise the issue is fixed only, low and be hold it has not. I have been on phone with @TheO2 all morning 😡
