    Messaged @O2 about a complaint. O2 messaged back, "Due to limitations we are unable to support further conversations via twitter" "Contact us on alternative channels" then gives me a link. Click on the link - it sends me to O2's twitter account! How convenient for O2.

    @O2 That link is useless. Don't want to buy a phone. After 20 + years as a customer, I'm switching to @SkyUK who has offered me a deal. With advances in technology I simply cannot believe that a sim swap is that difficult.

    So @o2 wtf is wrong with your app and webpage. Who am I even paying if I can't access an account? I see this has been going on months now since the virgin o2 takeover. Is this a polite way to force customers to leave?

    @O2 I've had fraud on my account. 2 sims ordered and they will not let me cancel. Saying fraud department need sort it. Not happy. Told me Monday. In contract says your allowed cancel within 14 days. Called within hour of it happening and told can't do anything. Very poor
