    @MartinSLewis Not @O2 - I upgraded to a new phone in September and, it’s not worked properly poor service and connectivity’s followed all the protocols only to be told “tough” disgusting

    @O2 if you must order from them go to a store and make sure everything is in writing, if you place an order and it isn’t delivered they will just cancel the order and not resolve the issue THIS WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT FILE as they will tell you you have to place a new order

    @O2 done a hard reset along with erasing all content, did I need to erase all content and the network plan? as I did all content and kept network plan but its not worked?
