    Anyone else releasing how appalling @O2 actually is. Beyond livid and out of patience with multiple problems this week as well as obvious blunders on their part - switched on they most certainly are not.

    @O2 Every time I do this, it just says “oops, there’s been an error” can’t even login to my account as I’ve forgotten the password, and can’t reset the password because it sends a text to my phone, which has been blocked… so can’t receive this text.
