Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

When I spoke to someone they said actually it’s 48hrs, then Friday I was told 72 all have passed - I’ve been a customer for over 15 years ??
