@O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

  • Glawsboy84
Tom (@Glawsboy84) reported from Longford, England

@Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

  • gardenyjamie
    JAMIE HARRIS 💙 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 (@gardenyjamie) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.

  • Lewis_1417
    Lewis (@Lewis_1417) reported

Hey @O2. You have the worst account management system of any phone provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. Why is there no way to change the default payment method. Instead you just send threatening texts saying I’m going to be cut off.

  • karldj83

  • garynetchells
    𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reported

    @O2 You’re joking…right?! It’s not a handset issue - it’s a rubbish network and infrastructure issue!!

  • mitchhirsty
    Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported

@Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.

  • Teldeb
    TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported

@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?

  • silverfox179
    Scott Elliott (@silverfox179) reported

@O2 Hi. Is there a problem with your signal (apart from the usual, some may say) today??? I haven’t had signal all day. I’m unable to receive messages or make calls.

  • planetf1
    Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported

@ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking
