Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Speak to an adviser. eSIM will be ready within 24 hours. Old eSIM gets deactivated straight away leaving me with no network. Awesome.
