@O2 say they’re willing to help, a manager intervenes and says she’ll call me on Tuesday after taking ownership. Another day goes by, another promise not kept. Utterly shocked at how appalling this has been. From ill tempered staff cancelling orders to constant false promise.

Recently changed from @EE to @O2 and I am fed up of having bars of signal but no internet or snail pace. I have to turn on/off plane mode for it to work for 5 seconds then it’s off again. Reported but not sorted and I’m now considering switching back. Anyone else had this?

@O2 please fix your network I beg of you. No Sky broadband @SkyHelpTeam all day nor data from you. School holidays and we've no TV or Internet or xbox. ALMOST 24HRS NOW.
