    @O2 3 different customer advisors asking same questions, putting me on my new contract from today, charging me for old and new for this month! Seriously, 2 hours I won’t get back. Very poor!

    @buymobiles_help hi, I’m one week into a 24 month contract with @O2 and getting awful signal so wish to cancel contract and return, please advise as @o2 have said they have a 14 day return policy, but as I brought from you I need to speak to you, regards.

    @O2 I swear to god your the worst network I’ve ever been with literally sat on the edge of London and I’m barley able to get 2bars 4g and when I do have internet, it’s so laggy and unresponsive. Honestly if I wasn’t tied in for another year I’d leave.

    @O2 one week in to a 24 month contract with you and I literally can’t take the awful signal anymore, and I’m 15 miles from London not in the countryside, had no hassle the last 4 years on ee but this is just sub standard at best, can I get out of my contract ?
