    @O2 When you move house and the signal is so bad, you report it to @O2 and they say no issues found, my data is so slow and sometimes call aren't the best, from 5G to what's supposed to be 4G more like dial up... this is the same for @JadeMarieCarr

    Quick question, @O2 - I'm just out of contract, and got my next bill today. How can you justify continuing to charge me for a phone I've already paid off? Your chat service is down every time I try to contact you. So would appreciate a response here.

    @O2 why is data so poor currently. I need my phone as a medical professional out on the road. But even with full 4G I get no data. This is not good enough. I pay a contact and currently you’re fulfilling that contract.

    @O2 I’ve had the worst Customer service from any company today from yourselves by phone and in one of your stores I don’t appreciate being lied to and having the phone call being disconnected I have been on the phone from 8:45am till 18:00 on and off all day with no body helping

    @Collectwo Now that they’re part of @virginmedia, not surprised at all. Can’t wait for my contract to finish with @O2. Never want anything to do with them or Virgin ever again.

    @O2 Family members were at the Commonwealth Games Athletics on Sunday. All the time they were in the area they could get no service. I had the same issue at the Silverstone Moto GP last yr. What are you doing to resolve this absence of service please?

    @O2 I’ve been transferred to over 30 people today I’ve had phone calls ended I’ve been in store all because my contract was cancelled without explaining correctly what was happening and staff being rude

    Hi @O2, I have a PAC mobile number transfer I think in progress to your network. My old SIM card has changed to No Service since early this morning but the new o2 sim is still showing the temporary number. Any idea how long this should take?
