Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

Unfortunately in the 6yrs since I left @O2 they’ve still not brought 5G to west wales.! Which is a deal breaker.
