    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    Well, that experience has been an eye opener... NEVER EVER trust @O2. Promised in Oct & Dec to give refund. Nothing happened. Chase today & given choice of making complaint or refund. If complain no refund today. #NaffCustomerService #RipOff #CantBeTrusted

    @O2 I have taken out the virgin media volt offer as recommended but I am unable to set up a My O2 account for some reason? At the moment I am not able to reap the benefits of having this o2 number on the volt offer until I have this set up, help needed

    Moving from @ee to @o2 is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to mobile contracts. No 5G, nobody can tell me even a ballpark figure of when it will be available and 4G is terrible even though the coverage checker says otherwise. Hurry up contract expiry 🙏

    Hey @O2 after 30 minutes on the phone I am still unable to dial my colleagues in Ukraine. You claim “free calls to the Ukraine” yet are unable to switch my phone to dial there. Your service is useless. Now using Skype because your staff literally have no idea what they are doing
