@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@O2 It’s CF11 8AZ. ardiff City Stadium. My point is that I can hardly get any connectiveity with a 4G signal showing. Someone sat next to me with EE can connect. Granted it’s a sports stadium but this was 60m before kick off with barley anyone in there. Happens every match 1/2

Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

@O2 I woke up this morning to find I’ve been totally cut off. I can’t make calls, send texts or use my mobile data. All of this is kinda important for my work as I’m self employed - I can’t call your customer service line to see what the issue is. Can you look into it please.

Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

@O2 2/2 it’s like someone deliberately switches off the internet on match days, but I’m sure that doesn’t happpen.....😉 Signal is perfectly fine there usually, & if it’s vol7me of people, why are other able to connect seems like an O2 thing as my son & daughter also have problems..

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@stephstwogirls @O2 I moved over to Sky mobile 2 years ago. Faultless, can share data and keep it if you don’t use it. We live in a known crappy area for mobile coverage and it’s permanently 4G and no issues so I’m pretty impressed Previously I’d been with Vodafone, but was disappointed many times

@O2 not a happy customer. Upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S21 with 1 week delivery. As soon as i placed the order i had an email to say out of stock. Now you can't tell me when it will be delivered. Not impressed at all.
