    @O2 I woke up this morning to find I’ve been totally cut off. I can’t make calls, send texts or use my mobile data. All of this is kinda important for my work as I’m self employed - I can’t call your customer service line to see what the issue is. Can you look into it please.

    Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    @O2 can u please help. I have been trying to pay my final bill with you for ages. It’s only about £20,I don’t need harrazing letters&emails to prompt me to pay...I just need u to let me pay. I have called&been online to make payment, but you don’t seem to want to take my payment

    @O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

    Hey @O2 who can I talk to about unlocking a phone. I've paid up and out of contact. Online form says no because of too many attempts ( no idea what my customer service code was) but I have all my account details.

    @O2 It’s been going on for months, I have friends dotted around NP44 and they all struggle making phone calls as they keep dropping out, it’s not something new it’s an ongoing issue. I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

    @O2 why am I paying a fortune a month for a service that is non-existent? Data NEVER works. I have to be connected to the internet via WiFi to be able to use the internet. Disappointed as I’ve been an O2 customer for over 10 years.

    @O2 Hi. I need a new sim. I don't want to be on a call. Just send another one. It's that simple. Your basic coverage is **** in London, **** in Glastonbury, **** in random car parks when trying to pay. I need a new sim. Can you just send and we never need to speak again

    @O2 @woolfall57943 You have no coverage that’s the issue. Everyone is becoming aware of the o2 scam . You would be better off we a map of phone boxes
