@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

@O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

Superb service @O2. Haven’t been able to receive calls or texts all day. Called into store to get a new sim as the one (which has worked for 3 years) doesn’t work in any phone. Got the new sim, got home to set it up. And look, you need to receive a text via a code. Perfect.

@O2 seriously need to allow customers to pay more than they owe on device plans on the app. Paying a device plan off early is always a good thing and something O2 should encourage to help reduce customer debts. Paying a device plan off early could lead to cheaper SIM only deals
