    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    @mitchellsingh89 @O2 The latest is the mast is still down we cannot call or text out now so phone is useless my lad is self employed so this is affecting work. Technical support said mast would be fixed today. But its untrue engineers are on the case but this has been going on for 4 weeks today.

    @O2 It's happens in various areas, in Dorset. I get 4g but can't make calls or use data in town centers, Bournemouth and Poole areas and then the same in rural areas where I've had no issues before until the last few years. Lime wimborne, ferndown and west moors.

    @O2 OTPs via SMS have recently started to take quite a considerable amount of time to come through. Banks, cards, 2FA - regardless of service, they all seem to take 15 minutes, and they are often expired. This started a couple of weeks ago. Is this a network issue?
