@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@SamsungUK Unfortunately, as an @O2 customer, my preorder has been told that they're out of stock, so without the device I can't claim the offer now. Basically was sold on a device with a special offer, placed my order, and now told they don't have any 😒 I can only hope one arrives soon.

@O2 But why are there stock issues? Aren't you the second biggest network in the country? I hope heads are spinning for this. I've taken the day off work to be in for delivery, that's nealry £200 in holiday hours, I'm having to use
