    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year. Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider when my contract is up

    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    No phone signal in YO15 until 22.11. @O2 you are leaving vulnerable people unable to communicate in a rural area. And no real explanation? Why will it take so long? Time to change provider perhaps?
