Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

🌸 (@_xNatalie) reported@O2 tried the status checker it always says no issues no matter where I am when the signal dips. Tried everything else & still temperamental. After being with the company for over 15yrs & paying what I pay a month the least I expect is to not have to rely on hotspots or finding wifi!
