Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

Having a right mare with @O2, told yesterday the bar on my number had been lifted for my sim swap and that it should work within 24hrs. Called after 19hrs to check as no service, told it's actually 48hrs but to call back later. Now on the phone again being told bar wasn't lifted.
