  Just rang @O2 to see if they are aware of the problem with their app/website when people are trying to pay. The advisor didn't seem to know & sounded reluctant to ask her colleagues if they knew. I suggested asking her colleagues who are on @o2 but she said they were busy.

  @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite
