@craigrookleeds @O2 Well I'm on 3 and my contract ends tomorrow. I got another phone the other day on 02 but when I put the sim in I've got no network lol. I've asked to swap my number to 02 so I'll see if I get a network tomorrow

@O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

@o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

@O2 A default has now been added to my credit file for a SIM card I requested to cancel on multiple occasions. I was told by the contact centre that the reason the phone line cuts or I am put on hold for such a long period after requesting to cancel.

Will also be taking my 2 kids contracts to another when their finished in a few months. Good Job O2 you lost a 15+ year customer with multiple accounts👍🏽

@O2 So they sent me a physical sim for the number - then everything went silent. There was no further communication and there are no instructions for installing or activating it. I went to the Oxford Circus store - they couldn't help.
