    @O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

    Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

    Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

    @O2 when are you going to fix the mobile signal in Manchester? Hardly anything in the city centre and I need to rely on Wi-Fi. Definitely not worth what I’m currently paying for it

    @O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

    Was on Vodafone for 15 years plus, very few issues. Been on @O2 for a few months and it’s absolutely shocking. Coverage appalling, phone cuts out part way through calls regularly . Paying for a service I’m not receiving. Avoid at all costs!

    @Lorna__xx @O2 Honest to goodness they are shocking. I was out today and my phone said I had two 5G bars. Couldn’t send a WhatsApp, search the internet, make a call or seem a Snapchat. Alls they say is service is fine. Dreadful if I’m home without WiFi I can’t do anything!

    @O2 your customer service is shocking refusing someone a 14 day change of mind we make a complaint you call back with a deal and said you will get another quote the escalations team yeah, right I'm still f waiting you're a joke. I have raised another complaint you have three days to deal with it until I take legal action against you you can't refuse somebody the 14 days change your mind. £££££££

    @O2 I haven’t changed the sim, I was told that wouldn’t need to and one wasn’t going to be sent out. I’ve had intermittent signal for calls and no 4G or 5G at all since then!

    @beckieebabee_x @mhewson_MCH @O2 I know right! I’ve been with them 15+ years and they used to be great. Now I can’t get even get signal in my garden, the train home its awful and match days at the local football ground absolutely zero chance of signal for 2 hours.
