    @O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

    For months I have been complaining about @O2 network. Central Manchester, Bolton Town Centre, Liverpool Town Centre, Edinburgh, Glasgow, etc... I pay over £300 for that privilege. And now you want to reducing the customer loyalty discount...this customer won’t be loyal!!

    @carleyjones1 @O2 No! I never use all my data or minutes. The bill for May- which comes out on 11th June, was only £38 something. I checked the app and I’m up to date. There is no reason to take such a large amount. I can’t even talk after having my tonsils out, it’s a pain in the arse x

    You just have to love @O2 one of the most grasping dishonest companies on the planet...they overcharge my business by £80. (their own error) .never apologise but expect you to pay the bill in full and then wait for a credit...what a joke outfit, cancelling all contracts Monday

    As if the network congestion issues in many parts of the country weren't bad enough @O2 have excelled themselves with dire customer service agents. I'm named on my husband's account but one agent shouted at me you only deal with the account holder and then hung up.

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    just seen there’s something called #O2Surprise, been with @O2 and their previous incarnations since 2003 and all I’ve ever had is sh*tty reception and bad service, or is that the surprise 🤔

    @O2 Really, why would that affect 6 different phones on O2? It's obviously a mast or network issue! I left O2 in April because of poor signal and rubbish help from O2 customer service. But I left my partner on because of Volt with our Virgin broadband! Looks like another cancellation
