    Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

    @O2 has owed me £182.50 for 2 weeks now since apparently they were going to refund it. They have still not given me my money back so I have paid twice to upgrade my broken phone. They were very quick to take my money but they have been awful at paying it back. Don't use #o2.

    Well @O2 are being fairly awful to my brother. He’s been trying to negotiate what he feels are unfair additional charges but o2 are now preventing him from calling them or doing online chat unless he pays in full. I’ve just heard it myself, the calls disconnect.

    @O2 your phone help service has hung up on me 3 times in a row, i've been in store to try and get help and i've been trying to resolve an issue for going on 2 weeks now - this is ridiculous😡 Anybody use a different service that they can recommend??

    I’m utterly disgusted at this, if this is how @o2 treat hospital staff then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as soon as my contract is up. I’ve been with o2 for over 15 yrs but they can shove it if they think it’s appropriate to cut people off like that.
