  • J0eH0lmes Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Salford, England

@O2 my phone is saying no sim so I have zero signal or data to call or text you. Any chance of getting someone to give me a ring to sort out a new sim card?

  • DaveWrigh Dave Wright (@DaveWrigh) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?

  • ZackHallam Zack Hallam 🐝 (@ZackHallam) reported from Manchester, England

Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

  • clare_jeffs Clare (@clare_jeffs) reported from Stockport, England

They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

  • grantmathieson Grant Griffiths-Mathieson (@grantmathieson) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @O2 Has she maybe assumed data protection issue

  • chrisrogan Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported from Manchester, England

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my device as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

  • OliverBanks Oliver Banks 🇺🇦 (@OliverBanks) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 hi, how do I cancel a contract within the 14 day cooling off period please?

  • JPM9685 John Millington 🅙 (@JPM9685) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@O2 why is my signal so bad Struggle to do anything on my phone

  • elgobsucram Marcus 🇬🇧✊🏾 (@elgobsucram) reported from Manchester, England

Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

  • bodsy0 Mike Bowden (@bodsy0) reported from Stockport, England

@o2 you really need to change your 'on-hold' music #terrible 😎

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • Tiffers1973 Tiffers (@Tiffers1973) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@o2 any idea when your advisors will be able to help ? Been waiting since last night for advice with roaming

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

  • Josh_Deegan Josh Deegan (@Josh_Deegan) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 has less than 20 mins to sort their app out. Come on guys, this is so bad

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Also sorry - but what’s the point in telling me to use a network checker if you don’t accept the results of the checker? That’s literally your app I’m using and it’s giving me terrible results.

  • J0eH0lmes Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Stockport, England

@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

  • Dr_Bass Doctor Bass (@Dr_Bass) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

@TwoWheelsDC @O2 Yes. I had no issues popping in a Three card last November. O2 is just particularly stupid. Definitely avoid

@O2 can you cancel voucher didn’t mean to use it

  • bigchrisfgb Christopher Johnston (@bigchrisfgb) reported

@O2 Over the last few years your coverage in Newcastle city centre has became non existent, it doesn’t even have to be match day and you are unable to get a reception. I think I may have to start looking elsewhere for a different network

  • JonM01 Jonathan (@JonM01) reported

@O2 No, they don’t and won’t. It’s because O2 haven’t invested in equipment to increase capacity to handle the greater number of people trying to connect to the limited cell sites. SPEND SOME OF THE PROFIT YOU MAKE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!

  • madjack1300 Bob (@madjack1300) reported

@O2 Hi why is there no signal around sutton on sea and sandilands my wife is there with no signal

  • CharlieShakes Charlie Shakespeare (@CharlieShakes) reported

I never pay more than £1 for a bottle of water as in reality UK tap water is free and bottled water costs pennies to produce 💧 I was impressed to see free tap water offered all night at @O2AcademyBrix 🚰 Very responsible and ungreedy venue management by @O2 👏

  • Nathan_Version7 nathan nutted 🐧 (@Nathan_Version7) reported

    @o2 aren’t much better because there’s never anything better than 3G we’re in 2022 not 2012
