@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

@LutzSchueler @O2 Shocking service. Rang 202 twice as you have cut me off despite assuring me you had fixed your problem 2 days ago. In queue both times for half an hour and then you cut me off and now you are closed!!!!!! Have tried the chat too. Is this the best you can do
