    So @O2 didn’t deliver my phone despite me paying for next day delivery, said phone wont be here tomorrow either or monday. Takes 2 days to do a credit check for a customer of 14 years apparently but 14 days to refund me my money too. Absolute joke of a company

    @RKnowles_Photo @O2 They gave me 35 quid credit but still haven’t done anything to fix it, got to the ombudsman and you’ll get a minimum of 75 quid compensation

    @O2 Hey we are not able to avail the inclusive travel zone in New Zealand for some reason, it keeps saying we have no internet but yet the 4G sign is showing. We can call and text but cant use the data. Would appreciate any help.
