  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • chrisrogan Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported from Manchester, England

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

  • clare_jeffs Clare (@clare_jeffs) reported from Stockport, England

They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.

  • DaveWrigh Dave Wright (@DaveWrigh) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?

  • howierice Howard Rice (@howierice) reported from Sale, England

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

  • CurryInTurry DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Stockport, England

@AndyOxon @O2 @virginmedia I've been waiting five months. Complaint gone external now!

  • SawdayJames James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

  • JMcKnighty ~Jack 🐝 (@JMcKnighty) reported from Manchester, England

Really unimpressed with @O2 Contact Centre customer service. Working in customer service myself, I know changing a direct debit date shouldn't take 30 minutes with 2 agents, a dropped call, being called back, and then being told I need to call again tomorrow This should be 2 mins

  • sampixeldot Sam 🤸🏻‍♀️ (@sampixeldot) reported from Macclesfield, England

@O2 Yep I have. It says you've been working on masts in the last 24hrs but there should be no current issues. After you've been working on masts, how long do you expect til signal is normal again?

  • grantmathieson Grant Griffiths-Mathieson (@grantmathieson) reported from Manchester, England

@BruceDevlin @O2 Has she maybe assumed data protection issue

@O2 Also sorry - but what’s the point in telling me to use a network checker if you don’t accept the results of the checker? That’s literally your app I’m using and it’s giving me terrible results.

  • OliverBanks Oliver Banks 🇺🇦 (@OliverBanks) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 hi, how do I cancel a contract within the 14 day cooling off period please?

Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals, tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

  • GoaterBilly Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported from Strines, England

@O2 which idiot authorises sending out texts at 4 o’clock in the morning to update me about my phone order? Get real. The person needs punching or sacking or both!

  • liammcdon97 Liam McDonald (@liammcdon97) reported from Stockport, England

£40 a month for @O2 and can't even get any signal majority of the time. Absolute jokers.

@O2 Your reception in Bristol is dire Your customer service bot is irritating Your website is confusing in consistent when accessing it from a mobile phone You put unrequested bars on premium numbers which cannot be removed You cannot easily close Apple Watch accounts Expensive

  • cfcdmg1888 CelticBhoy67 (@cfcdmg1888) reported

@O2 Well obviously you scrapped them for a reason so why bring them back. I think O2 make enough profit to be able to not charge this stupid fee and piss off loyal customers like myself. It’s the same as Apple no longer supplying chargers but will sell you one separately 🤬🤬rip off

  • Bob_Barts RB 🇯🇲 (@Bob_Barts) reported

@O2 service has been so poor, 2nd replacement phone in 2 weeks because I keep being given refurbished handsets. The one I’ve just received which I’ve had for 2 days needs to be sent back also. I’m very shocked at the lack of assistance that I’ve been facing. 😡🤯🙃

@O2 thoroughly naffed off with the customer support

@O2 I know you want to, but your service is the fault- not the customer service team (except for one particular person)

  • OliPutland Oli Putland (@OliPutland) reported

I’ll say it again- DON’T GO OVER TO @o2 . Never ending problems. Helpful & friendly staff that aren’t able to help with the terrible service the company provides- lord knows they try.

@O2 really struggling to get my PAC code over to you guys from plusnet, making me considering going back at this rate. Please help. Would also like to add that I can access live chat on iPhone or iPad. Not sure if that’s intentional or a fault.

  • OliPutland Oli Putland (@OliPutland) reported

@O2 Also, please fix your customer service music- it often sounds like screaming white noise.
