@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

Looking for new phone and provider @O2 Worst customer service ever, do not call back, not interested in customer retention, blame IT - which for a global organisation is madness - spent over a week trying to get upgrade - no option but to move to another phone provider.
