    @O2 my signal keeps disappearing, "emergency calls only" then comes back for spells. Work phone on o2 also is right next to it and ok. Tried turning on and off. Happened in last hour as receiving calls this morning. Help!

    @ElsaH91 @O2 I haven't had any Mobile internet service from O2 for 4 months in old town part of Hull...keep getting same Reply A service engineer is probably fixing this issue now..got a message from them prior to it going down that they where working on a mast in the area to improve service

    @O2 New customer you are about to lose here. Your order tracking system has been broken since at least 2014 and the first sim card was lost and the second one is late. Can I get the real tracking number please? No, that's not the parcel number.

    @O2 After chatting with two separate reps at @O2 and being passed onto their respective managers, finally somebody actually attempted to fix it, but all of them said it can’t be done, so not holding out hope. Took hours of conversations. Will wait and see if it works. Disgusting.
