OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

I had to swap my 5G SIM card out for a 4G SIM card for my iPhone 13mini to get full rang of signal in my flat. @O2. Guess my little iPhone doesn’t like 5G at the moment. At least I get full rang of signal & my iPhone works. That’s all I care about.

Unbelievable effort that @O2 make to chase you for a £36 bill, when they have made a mistake on the bill. Phone calls every 10 minutes, a text every half hour. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get the incorrect bill sorted, you can never speak to anyone. Rubbish company!!!
