absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

@O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for loyalty definitely not customer service...🙄

Anyone else having data issues with @o2? My signal keeps dropping out randomly, 4G connectivity says it’s at full but majority of my apps take ages to load / or get stuck buffering

@O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

Given that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

@O2 Day 141 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 someone has been opening accounts in my name at your stores. I have reported this to your fraud team and have had zero response. The lack of customer service when you are sending me bills for a contract which is not mine is appalling.

@O2 your service is absolute dog ****. I travelled into store to be told I cannot get a SIM replacement. I was then given a sim card by staff and told it could be activated at home when I call up. No it can't. And now I am without service for another 3 days.

@O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!
