    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 think there’s an issue with your Priority App. I’ve tried on a few occasion over the past few weekends to get a breakfast bap from Greggs & when I show the QR code or even recite the code to them, it doesn’t acknowledge the code. Can you please look into this.
