    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 @PaulHollywood Answer me. I’ve been on the phone for an hour with no help. I’ve contacted your shop, by phone and have still have 0 help whatsoever. The worse service I’ve ever received. I will be cancelling my contract.

    @O2 Yes I have been and it sounds like a robot and cuts off. I’ve had this issue for days and even went into the shop. Unhelpful. If this isn’t resolved I will not be renewing my contract

    I really am sad to see the demise of my little mobile phone. Only hoping I can save the photos which are on it. @O2 can't help so it's off phone shopping for me.
