@O2 The phone has been returned and I have been refunded for the payment I made upfront, the problem is your system billing me for things I no longer have and have already cancelled. I've spoken to someone who said it's a system error but this does not help when it's my credit file

  • IITR07II 💪🐸👍 (@IITR07II) reported

@O2 Recently even though it appears I have full signal, I can't use the Internet etc. (Mainly seen this when connected to 5G)

  • lionmanwb Wayne Berry (@lionmanwb) reported

@O2 ur missing/ignoring my point. Something has changed bcos it never use 2b this bad. The pic is now at home, M27. its always like this, never use 2b. If you Internet providers just hold yur hands up except, address and fix the problem it wud b easier. Never exceptin it is boring

  • Gareth_Mc Gareth McCullough (@Gareth_Mc) reported

@O2 currently not receiving text messages is there a problem with the network?

  • _tbond Tom Bond (@_tbond) reported

@O2 Many thanks. The issue is just that the upstream bandwidth isn’t enough; I happen to have a Three payg sim so I tested that last night - only 3G but I get 9Mbps down. O2 hardly ever completes the test!!

  • Antwa_gardner Ant Gardner (@Antwa_gardner) reported

@nwarhTehT @O2 Luckily my old phone still has my mums priority logged in so I could have got them otherwise I'd hav had the same issue

  • ViewAspect_ Aspect ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️ | NUFC (@ViewAspect_) reported

@O2 @SophieLouiseGxo TBF this is rather shocking! Exactly why I left @O2 and went else where. Never had an issue since!

  • SociallyAwks15 Lucy (@SociallyAwks15) reported

@O2 been trying to sign up to priority, I'm a virgin media customer and it says I can get priority. It's asking me to verify by typing in a 6 digit code but it's not being sent to me. Do you have any idea why this is? Thanks.

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@O2 Ok. But that was mainly for the old terms where there was no upper limit on data. Now, 25GB is the fair use and this should be at full speed with no restrictions as there’s no way of abusing the service. It is unfair.
