I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Seriously? You are changing the free Caffè Nero coffee on O2 to *monthly* instead of weekly? That free coffee was literally the only reason I renewed with O2. You have just lost a customer. EE for me at next renewal.

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.
