I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia #O2 has gone from bad to worse. A decline in overall customer service and now little to no signal all of 25 miles from London. 18 years of loyalty and this is what I get is it? Looking to move to a supplier with a service that works right now.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with @O2 the signal and network reliability is poor, call dropping out daily. I ordered an upgraded phone.... its been a week, no updates. Poor. Help
