    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    The @O2 mast goes down, go onto the website and they say they can't provide an update on the mast until the 2nd of December? So I'm not using my phone or data for nearly a month? Thankful for WiFi
