  • emzyboojones emzyboo (@emzyboojones) reported

Receive an email this morning to say my phone bills going up by 18.5%! The 🤬 cheek of it when I can’t get signal or use any data in 90% of the places I go. @O2 you’re coverage is shockingly bad and should be reimbursing customers not charging more. What a joke!

  • amandamweston00 Amanda Weston (@amandamweston00) reported

@O2 I have been trying to contact your Harrogate store all day but the phone just rings out. Do you know if they have a landline issue?

  • WhiskyWizard31 Wrestling With Whisky (@WhiskyWizard31) reported

Please rmemeber that the person running the @O2 social media did not increase our prices. The awful, greedy @GarethTurpin would have had the ultimate sign off. Direct your frustration at him. Not that he cares, sat on his piles... of profit.

  • MarloForever Marlo (@MarloForever) reported

@matthewpearce12 @O2 @O2 fail to realise how many people will walk away and never return. It might take a few years but I bet they'll lose a lot of customers.

  • raymccreath Ray McCreath 💙💛 (@raymccreath) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

@RobWilson_RW @O2 Thanks Rob for the advice, never had any issue before and had rather just refunded me in the 7 days they said it would be sorted, they have even accepted the error that's what's annoying more than anything

  • ImSoSketchist_ Fela Duty-Free (@ImSoSketchist_) reported

Sorry but @O2 are mugging us off with this 17.3% increase to phone bills. I’m not receiving 17.3% increase in service so why ******** am I paying more. A guaranteed yearly RPI increase is ridiculous too.

  • NeilCusack Neil (@NeilCusack) reported

Wow @O2 really with the price increase. That’s phenomenal. I was paying £26pm on another network with my last phone and went for an iPhone with you guys for £29pm, which I thought was a decent deal. This went to £33 last year and not I’m told £39pm… what a joke!!!
