Stuart Semple (@StuartSemple85) reported@O2 Signal is always crap here I’m afraid. It’s the infrastructure that’s terribly poor and it’s showed up massively when I could get a full 5g signal in the remotest part of a Greek island yet can’t even get 4g in a village 3 miles from a big town here.

They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Many councils refuse planning because of local opposition and pressure groups. In addition the forced swap out from Chinese telco equipment massively delayed expansion of the networks. UK is now 5yrs behind.

For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution
