    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 Hi, since preordering the iPhone 17 Pro Max, I’m receiving emails and texts, multiple times everyday telling me my delivery time has changed. I’m getting it 3/4 times everyday and it’s a bit annoying… is there an issue?

    . Hi @O2 - as a Prioriry and O2 phone customer, how can I be labelled as a bot when trying to get tickets for Ariana Grande? Appreciate there are countries trying to purchase, but as an O2 customer, using my phone number as proof, @AXS_UK still won’t let me in?!?!
