I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 Thanks for sharing however the issue is not with my phone, nor does it seem to be an issue with 5g as when that works it works. Its also not a signal issue as going to flight mode and back brings the high speed connection back for a short while until i get downgraded again

@O2 Why does O2 make it impossible to get older bills online? The system is antiquated, hasn't been updated for years, is confusing at best, only shows a total and requires customers to reach out to customer service. This IS basic customer service! Please fix asap!

@O2 I’ve had problems receiving and sending texts over the last few days. Apparently there is a problem with a mast. Do you compensate customers for this as I am paying £32 a month for the tariff.
