    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    Not being funny but I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 12 pro max which enables 5G. But, tbh I lose signal from 3G on my way from Preston to Blackburn to my home!! Will 5G be of any benefit @O2 when I can’t even get 4G consistently!?!

    Why does @O2 have SUCH a lag between when you top up and when you can actually USE your credit? Never experienced that with other networks. Is @TalkTalk down again? Another nightmare & possibly worse than the last ISP.

    @O2 can you tell me why I pay £35 a month when for the past week I have had 0 signal or data in my home. This is appalling. Needs to be sorted by Christmas, going to be a very lonely time if I can't call or contact anyone? Still happy to take my money though?
