    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 For anyone following this after days of back and forth. The link above is useless as o2 DO throttle the speeds to an unusable level! “There’s no fixed data allowance with O2 Travel, so to manage traffic (including audio and video streaming) we limit the service to 500kbps.”

    @O2 hi, I have airtime rewards set up and have processed a payment on 30/12 for £10 but it hasn't come of a bill yet, I thought it might have been down to timing in Jan but Feb bill has just been sent for full amount @AirtimeRewards
