I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 just gone to sign up for a pay monthly SIM but on the page where it asks for your name and date of birth, it comes up with my mother's details and won't let me edit them even though on 'My O2' the account is under my name and date of birth. Any way you can help?

@DanielKasali2 @O2 I hope you get this sorted. I have to admit, switching over to EE from o2 was a game changer for me. O2’s reception in London is atrocious. Can’t pick up 4G even though their website said we could and I called them 16 times to no avail. Their customer services is diabolical.
