I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

Hey @O2 - I’ve had appalling voice and data reception for months. I spoke to your shop in Guildford 2 weeks ago, and they said that it was a known issue + signed me up for text alerts. Now you text me every few days to say you haven’t fixed it. 1/2 ...

@O2 since I’ve had this iphone 11 my signal has been terrible everywhere i go! Indoors and outdoors, can’t never use the internet when I’m out coz it doesn’t load even when i have full signal. Paying for a terrible service and can’t even get through to try resolve it

@O2 Me too because I'm paying for a premium camera phone that can't be properly used as a camera phone. Worst experience in over 10 years of being an o2 customer.
