Hey @O2 - I’ve had appalling voice and data reception for months. I spoke to your shop in Guildford 2 weeks ago, and they said that it was a known issue + signed me up for text alerts. Now you text me every few days to say you haven’t fixed it. 1/2 ...

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 I called yesterday about a failed sim swap, the person I spoke to did it manually and it appeared to be successful this morning as I was able to make calls etc. but since this morning/early this afternoon I’ve not had signal despite restarting the phone many times.

@O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

@O2 Hi @O2 it's now been well over 48 hours. This is very, very poor. Please can someone remedy this. If I ever move back to the UK, I will think twice about returning to O2 at this rate. Thanks.

@O2 why is your reception in my@home area so bad!? It’s been like this for years. I’ve reached out to you in the past and it’s never fixed. If my broadband is down I need to be able to use the internet to check things for my severely elderly and sick parents. It’s useless!!

@O2 just had a call from this number +44 20 3333 4883 saying they were investigating a number of reports of poor service in my area- i nearly fell for it because your service is terrible! Assume it’s a scam though?

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Customer care is appalling and trying to leave is a terrible customer experience. You can't cancel contract online. It has cost me hours (days for a confirmation email) and once you get through to the disconnection dep. (3x), there's no guarantee you won't have to go do it again.

Another day with O2 business wasting my time. Surely it cant be that difficult thats your business. Even the automated message on customer service tells you wrong info. If you send the sms it tells you then you get a response saying that option no longer works @O2 @o2businessuk

Had a message from @O2 CEO office stating they're looking into my issue and will respond in 3 working days. It's now been 5. I sent an email yesterday and got no reply. It seems O2 are just a **** company.
