I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@VodafoneUK You can save significant amounts by buying direct from Samsung. Was with Vodafone for almost two decades but the service kept getting worse. At no point did they try and retain me, until I requested my PAC code and moved to @O2 Even then the deals were the same as new customers

@emifinch Called me, convinced me they were @O2, got into my account, changed my login details, bought an expensive phone on credit, got it delivered to a London address. All seemed credible: they started with some of my details, calm when challenged, call-centre background noise, etc…
