@O2...any reason why your 4g speeds are so slow? Sat here with a full 4 bar signal and nothing is loading and I keep getting 'no Internet connection available' on any app that needs a connection. Conveniently only been getting issues since 5g was introduced...

I’ve never seen such a disorganised company when it comes to meeting the needs of those with medical conditions. Staff need to be trained and read all messages clearly Absolutely appalling @O2
