    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

    @O2 I think your retention team needs to call me back asap. How can you offer me a deal (which i was happy with), make me cancel my new deal with a different carrier, then go silent? Cant even get hold of someone who can activate this tariff which was discussed #stillWaiting

    Hi @EE under normal circumstances I normally spend a lot of time in Europe working, just so I am clear you are going to charge me £2.00 per day when I am able to travel again? If so I will immediately cancel all my accounts with you and move to @VodafoneUK or @O2

    @O2 been having signal issues due to a mast not working properly since last year, when will it be fixed? Why I am paying for service I can’t use correctly?

    Been with @O2 for years and never needed any help. Now after having loads of issues last three months they've let me down. Cut off when I call in, online chat tells me to take out Sim card and hey presto, 20 minutes into the chat I'm cut off. I'll be cancelling my contract.
