Farewell @O2 - it's been a long journey together (20 years infact!) but I can't handle the lack of signal in our area (SE15) anymore. A year later and it still hasn't been resolved!

@O2 allowed someone to take a contract out & set up a direct debit using my card! The account was closed on the 5th Feb yet they allowed the payment to go through on the 19 Feb. Joke is I don’t have a contract phone with O2! I’m also not allowed to speak to the fraud team!Help!!

@O2 why is it so difficult for you to cancel contracts!! Still taking money off me since November, despite numerous phone calls re cancellation and assurances of credit to my account etc. Phone isn’t even in use anymore. Absolute joke of a company 😤
