    @giffgaff @O2 so the networks been down almost 12 hours and there’s been no text message apology (as we can’t access the Internet) and it’s STILL DOWN. I’m paying money for this and not receiving a service.

    @O2 Trying to use your sim swap service is impossible, me and my partner have contacted customer services AND your Facebook page and no help... why advertise an easy service when it’s more trouble then it’s worth.

    @ifrha3 @O2 I wouldn’t be surprised that it’s somebody working for @O2 who’s doing this, as they are a complete scam! They’ve barred me from making calls and whenever I’m trying to call them from another line, they hanging up! The worst part is, I’m abroad!!

    I rang @O2 because my bill has been paid but my phone has been disconnected (the deal with that mate) and the woman who I spoke to was so god damn helpful, she was lovely! I can’t remember her name and that’s annoying, but I hope you have a great day!
