    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 And it’s a good lesson in not hiring pencil pusher strategists to your fraud head position. Hire someone who has worked the fraud queues, understands the process and investigation. Actually wants to solve the problem not present ‘better close times’ to their seniors 🤡

    @O2 I was overcharged by almost £100 back in November and am being told that I have to wait until mid January before the refund process will start. Really, really bad customer service.

    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    @O2 Your service is DIABOLICAL and guess what when I showed the staff the video of everything piling up in China / he didn’t know what to say - he was shocked! So you are lying to all your staff too!
