    @EE @EE Absolute joke, firstly agreed to a flexible smart plan contract so I can change phones more regularly but only doable with high upfront fees and much higher monthly payments!! Then get the worst customer service ever! Only interested in your spending more and more! @O2

    @O2 ‘s customer service is so bad it’s shocking. one day being told a phone is in stock, the next it’s out with a 7 day wait. 7 days later being told SIX WEEKS. Staff have no concrete answers, Advice i just received was “at least youre not the only one” FAB 🤮

    I think my New Years Resolution will be to Win a competition on @O2 Priority lol yeah right oh don't know who wins them prize draws but I certainly don't and given how many I've entered it must make me the unluckiest @O2 customer around never get sent any freebies either😭😭😭

    @O2 Cant find support for this on website. When upgraded phone end 2019 you sold me a wireless circular charger stand thing. It stopped working a month or so later. Now trying to get it to work after giving up back then. What's the best way to fix them?
