@O2 Your customer service is very poor. 60+ minutes wasted on the phone and live chat and still no resolution. Disappointed is an understatement #nocustomercare

  • isthatdan Dan (@isthatdan) reported from Stevenage District, England

@O2 are gonna have to either offer me an amazing deal or sort out this horrendous signal issue. How can I not load a twitter video when I have a full 4 bars of 4G signal

@O2 hello - I've been trying to get someone to answer a query for a couple of hours. Can you please help?

  • lozzajenner Laura Jenner (@lozzajenner) reported

Please help me @O2 I am trying to top up my son’s phone and every (valid) card is being refused. This is driving me nuts enough to consider changing network. Phone customer care won’t help as it is PAYG phone even though I have had a contract for years!

  • neilhumby Neil ن (@neilhumby) reported

@SaintTheJase @__rileycoyote @O2 O2 allowed scammers to port my number despite two days' warning from me to stop it and their assurances it would not go through. This allowed them to hack my online accounts and fraudulently spend my money. I wasn't refunded a penny for my loss of service or financial harm done.

  • lipsdontliefam blah blah (@lipsdontliefam) reported

@O2 worst network ever! Complained on multiple occasions about not having signal and all I get told is to read the small print in my contract. Goodbye o2. Hello @EE

  • TammyLudders Tammy Cohen-Almagor (@TammyLudders) reported

Hi there, I accidentally clicked on the wrong date to choose a film on the o2 offer. I wonder if you are able to change my selection to a different option? @O2, looking forward to your support 🤞👍

  • shanisney Shannon (@shanisney) reported

@O2 I never did get a callback, was told it would be ASAP on Sunday. Is there a way I can get one without trying to get through to someone again? Thank you.

  • Sparkys_servant kirsty (@Sparkys_servant) reported

@O2 Guys, I've done all this. Also, last time this happened, I was asked if it still happened after I left my postcode G81 1UE, 5 miles. It did. The problem resolved itself after a week or so. Now its happened again. Im scunnered.

  • sophiewester5 Sophie W (@sophiewester5) reported

Been with @O2 for 2 weeks and had more issues than I’ve ever had with a phone network before omg they’re shocking!

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@darren101uk @three @O2 Any iPhone 6s or newer will support Apple Watch, it only matters about what network you are on if it’s a cellular one you want. Unless you’ll be regularly out without your iPhone you’re cheaper getting the non cellular model.
