    @SudakshinaKina @O2 @virginmedia If it works. Virgin continually increase cost with poor customer service, no existing customer loyalty. O2 have competitive prices, excellent customer service and great existing customer retention - let’s hope Virgin learn something from O2!

    How ******** does it take 24hrs to activate a new SIM card on an upgraded phone? Genuine question, @O2 are telling me “just keep switching your phone on and off during this period” the buttons on my phone will be ****** after 24hrs of switching it on and off. #PissPoor

    @TheOlDavenport @O2 Ugh. I got hounded by @virginmedia over a mobile account over upgrading, to the extent I ended my contract and wouldn't go back. I'm now with O2 with no problems whatsoever so I think I know where your problem lies. Good luck sorting it.
