    @O2 Hi! Tried to port number over today but there’s an error. Now got no connection on either old number or new one. Spoke to your colleague Tom tonight who couldn’t fix it. He’s insisted 7 times he will get a manager to call me,I’ve explained 7 times there’s no number to call on

    @O2 I’m not a customer of O2 anymore but I’m unable to pay my final bill because getting hold of someone in order to do this is nigh on impossible. I was forwarded to the “automatic payment line” which, you guessed it, ended up being the same menu as before.

    @O2 Is it possible to get some help? I am trying to get on MyO2 - I don't have my password and when you text me a code, that doesn't work. When you email me a link to recover password, THAT doesn't work. I also need help regarding my contract

    @O2 Also find it odd that your customer services aren’t allowed to escalate issues to your fraud team or vetting team, but instead rely on the public to deal with internal issues.

    @O2 I am facing the worst service from O2 while I requested my number to be ported to O2 they seem to have some sort of difficulty, after delaying the request by a day and then I am being told by the customer service team that it will not happen for another 2days.

    @O2 If you really want to help, reply to my DM with a bill for the phone, I’ll pay for it, and you can cancel my contract with O2. How on Earth do you expect someone to give every postcode they are unable to use your network in????? I’ve given you three. That’s quite a wide area.
