    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    @BBCWatchdog @O2 @financialombuds Glenn was just as rude today. Take it or leave it attitude. We can’t do anything. Is this the way to treat customers who simply want what they’ve paid for.

    @O2 despite going back and forth, you have been unable to give me a matte black, unable to return my phone, I reluctantly accepted a brand new phone albeit a different colour and now I’m being told I have two wait 4 weeks. Extremely, rude, unfriendly staff. @BBCWatchdog

    @O2 I'm telling you something isn't working effectively, and I want a proposed resolution or O2 can keep covering my bill until this is resolved and adequate service received. Telling me to leave the network isn't a solution either fyi
