Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 DM sent around 11am to you which is still not even be read. 2 calls to customer service cut off and a 3rd call waiting for 45mins. Do you really think this is a good service???
