    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    Been with @O2 for 13 consecutive years (no idea why) and I can’t believe how bad the network has become in that period of time. If you’re anywhere with even the smallest crowd you can forget about any decent signal.

    @lisapkennedy @O2 We also need ofcom to investigate how firms can increase their prices while their service remains poor continuously and how can they use RPI when it’s the wrong mechanism to use to increase their prices ofcom need to act to stop firms like o2 ripping off their customers
