    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    @littlestlefty @O2 Ended being tied to a 2year contract I didn't agree to I have been with 02 for over 15yr until Aerial got involved it been a awful overcharged on my bills on numerous occasions although I'm not sure who is responsible for that 02 or Aerial
