    @O2 Chester city centre. I’ve needed to transfer money from my bank account and had to walk 400 yards from a shop to get enough of a signal to log into online banking

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    1 hr 20 min trying to upgrade to a new iphone 11 with @O2 but because they never updated my name after being married 7 yrs ago (sent marriage certificate) won’t do it.. goodbye O2..

    @O2 Pls just tell me how I can talk to a human being… days of ‘tooing’ and ‘froing’ over social media or a unacceptable when as a customer/stakeholder, you know the ones who pay towards 02 ‘s continued success , I deserve to get customer support without jumping through hoops!

    Happy Saturday to everyone except @O2 who still think it’s acceptable to charge people for a service they can’t use in Chester every week. Those guys can go **** themselves. You are the absolute pits. I had to wait til I was on wifi to send this. Sincerely, go **** yourselves.

    @O2 been on the phone to customer service 3days in a row, the fraud team hasn’t got back to me and it’s been over 15days, was advices to take off DD then my phone line got cut off, then got restored and cut off again. #worstservice

    @O2 can I check what compensation you are offering customers who are without service for 2 entire weeks while you carry out maintenance? It’s massively disruptive. A week in April and one in May is terrible service for people who rely on their internet access. Thanks

    @O2 nobody wins with the new caffe nero offer, even the baristas don't know the conditions. Today I saw one refuse to serve customer a drink & told them its Thurs only. Despite the app saying 'any day of the week'. Might as well just remove the offer altogether. It's pointless.
