Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

@MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

@O2 @bouyguestelecom I guess what I receive is dependant on what contractual arrangements you have with the other networks, but if you are paying Bouygues for a 4G roaming service, they certainly aren’t delivering that.
