    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    So called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

    @O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

    @DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

    As if @O2 have said the reason my 4G is shockingly slow and non existent majority of the time is down to thickness of the walls or too many people around me!!?? Imagine being with a company for 12 years and getting that **** service? Time to leave.. #poorservice

    @O2 Hey, so I’m not a wizard and therefore not able to create magic. You’ve cut my service for an unpaid bill whilst I’ve been in hospital. App/online won’t accept my payment. Can’t call 202/0800 as just beeps and goes off?!!!

    @O2 So my Apple Watch dropped off the network, customer services told me to go into store to get a new eSIM. Shop said Apple Watches don’t use eSIM and that they received a notification overnight of a nationwide issue with Apple Watch plans? Where can I keep updated on that?

    @O2 one of the worse Customer services I have ever had . Absolutely shocking . Been given mislead information for the past 2 years shocking . Poor o2 poor o2 worse decision I made moving to o2 .

    @LeeMouse1 @O2 I've been told they don't have a Complaints or Payments department. Advisor very rude Asked to be transferred to a manager Last advisor had the nerve to say to me, 'it doesn't work like that, you'll have to wait 48 hours for a call back' Hello, I've been waiting 9 flipping days

    @O2 Why is there never any signal on West Quay or Southampton City Centre?? I am on 4G but not able to connect to internet.
