    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

    @O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

    @O2 No help at all. Am in Manc Airport sat at 3G. This is pretty poor. I’d also point out, one of the steps is to check via the net for any outages… 😬

    A reminder on #mondaythoughts to anyone thinking of switching phone services from @VodafoneUK or @O2 or any of the major #UK suppliers to @virginmedia Don’t. Just don’t. However bad you think things are with your current provider will pale into insignificance.

    Having ongoing technical issue raised in May @O2 users cannot call me since I moved to Three in 2017, but can text me. No solution found and going round in circles. Anyone else experienced this & solutions found? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport please can you get this resolved?

    @o2 I opened up a new contract and paid my old one which was in my mums name. I’ve tried to log into the my o2 app and it’s not working I don’t know if it’s something to do with the same number and email from my old contract but it’s not working,
