Chris (@BennyBlanco22) reportedWhats happened to the signal on fones in this country? Its shocking now isnt it ? @O2 @apple whats happened? #Signal
-
Padge (@fishboygtfc) reported@BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.
-
John Rowley (@JohnRow06854162) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because we are so awful at new things. All we do is mend, repair and keep things the same , we are very ****.
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 I struggle to accept that you don't know about this issue already. It's been over a week now. I moved to O2 from 3, because I thought your service was better. I'm quickly finding out, sadly, it's no different.
-
These days (@_junal) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@O2 @Mally_DB Probably the one I've been telling you about for 7 months. But keep being ignorant of your failure whilst I contact the ombudsman... For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution
-
I can't remember most the time. (@DavidCo73785574) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Across Europe the phone companies share mast access that's why you never lose signal. For some bizarre reason in the UK they don't share the beacons. I travel all over Europe with no signal loss. In the UK I have multiple black spots even in high population areas.
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@Mally_DB @O2 It's ****** and they don't know how to fix it. I'm going ombudsman now
-
Winston (@WiggilyWiggles) reported@Ofcom I had a scam call from “@O2 ”. The scammer knew everything I had just discussed with a real o2 rep I had just had a conversation with. I raised a complaint with o2 stating there must be a data leak or o2 employees acting as scammers. 3 years ago - nothing. What can be done
