But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄
-
AL (@ashleighlast) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandAs if @O2 have said the reason my 4G is shockingly slow and non existent majority of the time is down to thickness of the walls or too many people around me!!?? -

-
Christopher Chapman (@Geobadger1) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandHi @O2 just had a bizarre call from a call centre thinking I’m still an O2 customer. I’ve not been on your books for 6 or so years, so it’s either a scam or your records are quite out of date.

The Nezir (@The_Nezir) reported@O2 Interestingly, three months ago, on the same day, I transferred both of my SIM cards to O2, installed eSIMs in two new iPhone Airs, both with the same iOS version. I carry both with me, and while one works perfectly, the other doesn't. When I told this to the service technician,

ANIA GABB (@aniagabb) reported@O2 @O2 I was told my plan included 5G but ira never worked and I’ve checked all the settings
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.
-
Sade 💜💋 (@sadesekonix) reported@O2 your network connection is abysmal and your priority app is crap. FIX UP.
