Christopher Chapman (@Geobadger1) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandHi @O2 just had a bizarre call from a call centre thinking I’m still an O2 customer. I’ve not been on your books for 6 or so years, so it’s either a scam or your records are quite out of date.

Matt Crane (@MattyCrane) reported from Ipswich District, England@O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄
-
AL (@ashleighlast) reported from Ipswich District, EnglandAs if @O2 have said the reason my 4G is shockingly slow and non existent majority of the time is down to thickness of the walls or too many people around me!!?? Imagine being with a company for 12 years and getting that **** service? Time to leave.. #poorservice
-
lily (@lilsss_x) reported from Kesgrave, EnglandSo called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ali (@aliward96) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I’ve been with a few networks and O2 are easily the worst. I’ll never go anywhere near them or any network that piggy backs off them.
-
fell (@fellbytheway) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE is that a government issue or the network provider lack of investment ?
-
Alex Knott (@AlexKnott241254) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I'm on O2 and very very rarely gets coverage issue except may be festivals
-
Andy Furnival (@AndyFurnival2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 EE are just as bad. All networks believe the utter bollocks they peddle that coverage is fantastic. It was better when it was 3G. If only there was a regulator that could put an end to theoretical coverage maps 🤔
-
Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
-
Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?
-
Jane (@jane738) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone I left them as they were charging me a fortune. I moved to Sky and am paying 25% of the fee to EE. The service from Sky has been excellent.
-
Craig (@cdrider1) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 What party made the network providers rip out working infrastructure without a plan to replace it, Tom? Which party failed to invest in infrastructure for 14 years, Tom?
-
HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?
-
Ben (@Ben91530293) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Thought it was just me.. Kent is like a black hole when it comes to phone signal.
