@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

@elgobsucram @O2 I know right, my mobile broadband speed through their network and any of their carriers is so bad where I live in South Manchester. If this price increase is applied to the device plan as well then I’m just paying it off and I’m done with O2.

I would like to personally thank the CCO of @O2 for the nice little note to tell me they are price gouging me and there is nothing I can do about it 17.3% increase in my bill Roll on November when my contact is up and I can leave O2 and never return @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis

@O2 In desperation I am tweeting you because I wish to make a complaint. Phoned 202...1 hour wait. Live chat...all operatives busy. Email ....it says 8 week wait for response. Can you help an elderly, long term customer please?
