OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

@O2 I've been in Prague (from UK) since Monday and phone working fine. 11am today suddenly no network provision. Finally got through to phone support to find network request was made yesterday and can take 24hrs to activate...makes no sense and now I'm stuck with no network 🤯

Can't make calls with my @EE SIM. Trying to get out of contract for months & have to call each month to update for my discount. But using my @O2 SIM reveals a 30 min wait! Hire more people @EE !! #worst #service #ever

Having major problems with @O2 UK having moved a number on an iPhone 13 to them. Phone does not receive the bank verification codes used in 2FA and @o2 seem to be unable to fix. Anyone else had same issue (& if so how did you fix?) thanks

@JonoG1 @O2 O2 are useless Jon, I've tried to increase my Tariff for nearly 2 weeks now and nobody is interested, spoke to 4 different people, had promises and still not been done. I've sent 2 email complaints and they've not answered them. Poor customer service.

@O2 the amount of times I have to restart my phone because no signal/data etc is getting ridiculous now. I travel to different places for work and have found myself stuck without being able to access information I need to get to there! I can't wait to get out of my contract!

@JonoG1 @O2 I've noticed in Newquay that my service drops too Jon. You woukd think that Newquay would have a good service being so popular.
