@O2 can you please tell me why I’ve been charged a premium on a text from a shop I Received? I have never sent the number a text so shouldn’t have been charged anything

  • TracyEx
Tracy Excell (@TracyEx) reported from Woodbridge, England

@O2 excellent service via customer helpline yesterday (when upgrading iPhone) from Shannon C: so helpful & patient - what a great representative for O2 🌟📱

  • doggett_kieran
K (@doggett_kieran) reported from Ipswich District, England

@O2 so I make an insurance claim, which i pay for monthly and you can't replace it as not in stock, nearly 2 weeks waiting. Poor. I ring today to get told lines are closed, its 11:41 on a Monday. Poor. What have you to say

  • m7hompson
Matty Thompson (@m7hompson) reported from Ipswich District, England

What’s the deal @O2 trying to make an insurance claim but been on the phone for 45mins and spoken to 5 different advisors which keep telling me there going to transfer me through, is this something that can’t be down in the #o2 shop?

  • ScrumpyDaniel
Daniel Hill (@ScrumpyDaniel) reported from Ipswich District, England

@NSPh0t0s @ManUtd_BITW @TheO2 @O2 @AXS_UK @TicketmasterUK @seetickets Ticketmaster is by far the worst.... at least for all the Mania events it is! It’s shocking for Axxess and has screwed me over many a time and almost cost me Undertaker VIP

  • timcutbush
Tim Cutbush (@timcutbush) reported from Ipswich District, England

Oh my word @O2 ‘support’ is shockingly bad. Trying to connect my new Apple Watch to my existing data plan - failing big time. @O2 have no idea whatsoever

  • lilsss_x
lily (@lilsss_x) reported from Kesgrave, England

So called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

  • TracyEx
Tracy Excell (@TracyEx) reported from Woodbridge, England

@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

  • SpiralSkies
Jen (@SpiralSkies) reported from Ipswich District, England

OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

  • fmorton71
Fiona Morton (@fmorton71) reported from Great Bentley, England

    @o2 you are CRAP

  • MattyCrane
Matt Crane (@MattyCrane) reported from Ipswich District, England

@O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

  • caley_caroline
Caroline Caley (@caley_caroline) reported from Ipswich District, England

@O2 really are the worst company I’ve had dealings with

  • ashleighlast
AL (@ashleighlast) reported from Ipswich District, England

As if @O2 have said the reason my 4G is shockingly slow and non existent majority of the time is down to thickness of the walls or too many people around me!!?? Imagine being with a company for 12 years and getting that **** service? Time to leave.. #poorservice

  • Geobadger1
Christopher Chapman (@Geobadger1) reported from Ipswich District, England

Hi @O2 just had a bizarre call from a call centre thinking I’m still an O2 customer. I’ve not been on your books for 6 or so years, so it’s either a scam or your records are quite out of date.

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Bruggers100
    Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!

  • Teldeb
    TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported

@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?

  • RobbieMT8
    Robbie T (@RobbieMT8) reported

@O2 No outage the network is just awful and had been for years tbh.

  • Stevie5tapes
    Stevie Franks (@Stevie5tapes) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I am with O2, I work in Huddersfield, signal generally ok. O2 customer service is however very bad.

  • Larr23
    Tilly23 (@Larr23) reported

@O2 Any reason why when I’ve just submitted a complaint via your online form (didn’t work) and your live chat, I then received a call from someone asking “why are I submitting a complaint when I’ve said I’m going to “escalate it anyway”?

  • S73PJY1971
    IfindSophistry (@S73PJY1971) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Have you ever been to a festival and got zero signal? Same principle

  • michaelnotabot1
    michael maccallum (@michaelnotabot1) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because whenever the mobile companies want to put up masts to solve the problem everyone objects. See also pretty much any kind of infrastructure improvements

  • pmw_77
    Pauline Wardle (@pmw_77) reported

@kokeshimum @scampaboy @O2 Event venues often have signal jammers to prevent live streaming. Supermarkets are just as bad, use our app to get discounts etc then can’t use it due to metal building and no working WiFi

  • romeocln
    CRoM (@romeocln) reported

I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London

  • fishboygtfc
    Padge (@fishboygtfc) reported

@BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.
