Hayley (@Hayeley) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? -
marny (@mrmarny) reported@O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!
-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reportedDoes anyone know the rules of @O2’s 4G/5G game? I can see the signal, but apparently that’s not enough to unlock internet access…

-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.
-
ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reportedUpgrading with @O2 pricing is an absolute joke! 20 year customer counts for nothing. They want to lock you in with an already stupid monthly for 36 months and increase every year on top!!
-
Charlotte (@CharlotteW_R) reported@O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.
