Sarah (@sarlpar) reported from Henllys, Wales@O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

-
ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@HopefulWorrier @O2 They have really gone down hill! I can't get a decent conversation with anyone in customer service!
-
Thom Watson (@thomwatson) reported@O2 @RealToffeeCelt No you’re wrong in Selby I’ve had to buy an EE virtual sim to put alongside my O2 because there’s barely any data signal. As soon as my O2 contract is up I’m off chaps. Have been with you 15 years almost and it’s become so much worse.
-
Mary ✌🏿🇺🇬 (@MaryxSSS) reported@O2 just some feedback - your blue Monday offering is terrible not a fan of spin the wheel. Can you change back the offering or ask your partnerships team to find better quality partnerships?
-
Sarah Leigh (@Sarahleighstevs) reported@O2 I emailed my complaint to you. You responded by asking me to complete the complaint form as the email is not monitored. I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
-
Shauney Connor (@toryshaun) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don’t come to Shropshire. In some areas like my parish signal is next to nothing. Lucky to get 3 bars on a good day!
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
Emma - Cymru am Byth 🏴🐋💜 (@spot5) reported@O2 seventh day without a signal at work. No phone, no Internet, nothing, due to a problem with a mast. Please get it sorted, we are really fed up
-
Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.
-
Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service
