-
Hayley (@Hayeley) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported@O2 Hello. Trying to resolve an issue with my 92 year old father in law's mobile. It seems the account has been escalated to a debt collection firm inappropriately. Have been pushed from pillar to post & can't get a resolution. Your online complaint system doesn't work. Help!
-
Matthew Wright (@matthewwright17) reported@O2 why is the phone signal never actually any good no matter where I am ?
-
Graham Style (@grahamstyle) reported@DavidJa51216245 @SkyNews @O2 O that glorious. I'm two months in and all I've had is lies from CS and no other help. They claim my account is unlocked but I can't even get through a simple credit check page. Maybe I'm just a month away for more terrible service
-
Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 @virginmedia ... Was here in April, no issues whatsoever ever. My account was under review for suspected fraud, this investigation was closed on Tuesday, it's now Friday and I STILL CANNOT get thru to family back in the UK because you're not allowing me to make calls...!!!
-
DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.
-
Way Of The Hunter 🏴 (@ACaldwell68074) reported@O2 @davehpayne Every time I lTRY log in to my @O2 app, I continually have to sign in through Virgin media which sends email to click link, then repeatedly sends me back to send another email to my account again and so on and on, I don't even have a virgin media account. It's a nightmare.
-
Teresa Bourne (@TeresaBourne) reported@O2 Any idea when we will get a decent signal in ME 10? Virgin engineer had to go for a 10 minute walk yesterday to get enough signal to transfer our router, paying every month and having to rely on landline is ridiculous.
