-
JaG (@J4God) reported@O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0
-
JaG (@J4God) reported@danjaydubya @mattstingray @O2 Me too. I’ve had some compensation for it but now on full tariff and worse than ever. Won’t load anything and on the odd occasion that it does, slow as. I’ve come to hate it.

-
John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@sackedseafarer @O2 But I keep getting errors “Too many page redirects occurred” whether I use the app or website. I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel
