Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 I have been trying to speak to a real person for 4 weeks now no luck. Live Chat cut me off several times. I have no signal indoors and have to go into my garden to make or receive calls. Checked network coverage. Has anybody had any success talking to someone at O2?
