@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

@O2 Just runs very slow, if at all. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

I am receiving the most appalling service from @O2 which, as a long standing customer is a shame. I can’t speak to anyone by phone or chat. When I finally got through to someone, they cut me off and didn’t call back. I am owed money & no one is helping to resolve.

@O2 I am so fed up with being fobbed off by 02 i couldn’t make or receive calls on my 6 month old phone so I was near a store , I went in and they just tried to sell me a new phone, called customer service and after a 45 minute wait was told upgrading network, in 4 areas
