Lynx IDG (@Lynxidg) reported@O2 Can someone in the UK explain your renewal pricing? We’re an O2 Business customer. I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.

Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

That's why I need a SIM." "Sorry sir, I cannot help you."
-
Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reported@jmellling1895 @O2 @davehpayne That's very interesting. I have had problems for months with the O2 app, periodically not letting me log in. Won't let me upgrade my tariff. When I tried to submit a complaint it failed Call centre suggesting I was the problem. I'm leaving them now. I have had enough.

Otis Parris (@parriso56) reported@O2 Looking at the Network map what is good is rather subjective. Two bars isn’t good. Be honest and say the postcodes where you say it’s good just isn’t for data. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography
