    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    The @O2 4G signal in the town centre of Bournemouth is truly pathetic! For years it's been awful! I pay so much for it to be so rubbish!

    @O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

    @O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

    @O2 honestly, all the years I have entered your competitions on o2 priority... the law of averages says I should have won something by now.. but not once since priority launched, have I won anything... so either its a stitch up... or your computer is broken...

    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @O2 still having issues porting my numbers 1 phone has been dead since 9:45 the other still hasn’t ported at all called and said showing as all red and should have happened but still nothing

    @O2 Signal in Redcar is so slow at TS10 4. Dropping to Edge some times. Even with Virgin Media on another device it’s poor. Website says congestion, but it’s been like this for a week now!

    @amiemyoungx @O2 Nope it’s all a cop out to show they are making an attempt to help. DM is not the way forward when you have ongoing issues in need of urgent assistance. It’s a farce! O2 didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my tweets 🤯
