@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

@tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

@O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

@O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

@O2 Finally got hold of someone after disconnected 5-6 times, needed to change address as not on any drop down list so can't do it myself....low and behold the person I spoke to has inputted it wrong after correcting her twice..you DM me. in next hour or I'm cancelling all accounts

@O2 I changed from Vodaphone to o2 nearly a month ago. Still unable to receive calls from Vodaphone callers!! I have rang customer helpline everyday and been told it has been escalated everyday to porting team and still can't receive Vodaphone calls. Absolutely dreadful service

Seriously considering leaving @O2 Terrible service! I bought a dongle from them, was told by an in-store assistant to call o2 to cancel agreement and I can't get through for love nor money. Eventually i selected 'lost my phone' and when i eventually got through they hung up!!

@O2 are by far the worst mobile provider I have ever had to deal with. I've had my phone cut off last week for absolutely no reason, and after a week of calling their helpline (and getting temporary solutions), it still keeps happening. Who do I need to talk to to solve this?!?
