  • andrewhillandCo
andrew hill (@andrewhillandCo) reported from Abercynon, Wales

@O2 @JohnnyMercerUK bit late that isn’t it - I think he has just a few followers who may have seen this and your ‘standard good customer response’

  • TweetterRoss
Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales

@O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

  • pwilliamsevents
Paul Williams Events (@pwilliamsevents) reported from Tongwynlais, Wales

@jolilford @O2 Your kidding me!!! I have contacted customer services 3 or 4 times. Shocking service

  • thelukebamsey

  • daunce4thstreet
Garry Dauncey (@daunce4thstreet) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

  • nopantsuk
Nick Thorogood (@nopantsuk) reported from Llanharan, Wales

@O2 my number should be ported to you today that I requested yesterday morning. I’ve had no confirmation texts or emails though and number still on old network. Any ideas?

Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

Any idea @o2 when you will restore service to a vulnerable 89 year old who has been without communication for a week? Your “Guru team” have made no effort to get in touch nor has your customer services despite an access case being opened - check your DMs

  • Barbara25122320
    Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?

  • HughEdw54983916
    Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.

  • RyanNoKneel
    CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • dmyrcr
    🅓🅜🅨🅡🅒🅡 (@dmyrcr) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your lot had 14 years. Maybe you should’ve campaigned about this then to your pals in government. Instead you did **** all

  • Truly_Anomalous
    Dan - Truly_Anomalous 🐦 (@Truly_Anomalous) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 I left the O2 network this month. Our local access point is constantly either down or just not serving data. Fixes rarely last more than a week or two.

  • RLBD1920
    R B (@RLBD1920) reported

@O2 @JodieLivermore You haven’t responded to my message about this from this morning - this is obviously a uk wide issue

  • Robbbb58
    Rob (@Robbbb58) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 The sooner Elon sorts out direct to phone satellite connection the better, **** these useless companies off for good.

  • Swabsy1810
    Steve (@Swabsy1810) reported

@O2 @CliveDaviesUK @O2 it’s just the same here in SK6 1PG area so many places where no signal or usable data. This is a relatively affluent area but your provisions are shocking
