    Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

    Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

    @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

    @O2 I am disgusted with the Customer service, yesterday they were so helpful and today normal service resumed like a bloody robot,I am a customer and deserve respect as I give them.

    @TashP351 @O2 I’ve noticed they’ve started calling from mobile numbers too which makes me more likely to answer in case it’s an emergency. Sick of them.

    @O2 Yes everywhere. Told me to reset my phone with airplane mode on then off etc and that it will be back to normal after a few minutes ... it’s been over a week. Fix it please.

    No help at all from @O2 been without service for 8 days and no help at all! They suggested I use WiFi calling when the network themselves have blocked it on my device! Absolute joke!

    @O2 your telephone service and customer service is absolutely disgusting! I have had an ongoing issue since May 2020 I call i every month get told a mange will call me back and no one ever does!! Each adviser tells you something completely different..incompetent! Causing stress!!

    Hi @O2, I have been charged extra on my bill with no details provided and cannot get hold of anyone to advise me, as your automated call service just says Bye to me. How do I speak to someone about this?
