(4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

@O2 very unhappy with your customer service. I keep trying to sort issues and I am getting absolutely nowhere. Was refused to make a complaint on the phone and told a manager would call back in 24 hours 3 days ago and surprise surprise no call. Absolutely shocking
