Ellis Adams (@ellisadamant) reported@Ofcom @O2 Just tried to port my number away from o2. The method via text doesn't work. You can't do it via your o2 account on the website and the phone method closes at 21:00. 02 service is pathetic and designed to keep you on their network. FIX IT.
