Appreciate it was 730pm but they could have raised a smile. Wanted to charge 20pounds for a charger which was 15 in ee. Staff more helpful too.

Phone bat dies within 8-10 hours when hardly being used and the shop won't help me and said 'it's not our issues. Sorry' tried calling customer services 2ce. No luck. Please advise me.
