    @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

    There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

    @O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

    @O2 still waiting for a refund on a returned phone case since July...numerous phone calls resulting in last one on 11/10 we will take it off your phone bill for you but full amount taken today. Can’t get through on phones can you please advise as I’m pretty fed up with service

    @O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

    @O2 There’s delay then there’s rude. Been 92 working days or 128 days since I complained. @o2 are making it deliberately difficult to contact.

    @O2 customer service absolutely appauling, been trying to sort my phone out since last Thursday after reporting it lost stolen. Have been cut off about 5 times, put on hold for hours on end and still unable to use my phone. Diabolical customer service!

    Wonder why it’s so easy to spend money with @O2 but you need 4 hours and a degree to return an item and change a SIM to pay as you go? Keep getting passed for pillar to with their messaging service and sit for 25-30 mins on hold on the phone to get nowhere. 😮‍💨😡😤

    Pro tip: don't ask @O2 for a better deal on your current tariff. You'll end up getting your number changed without permission, and @O2 will flat-out refuse to change it back. You'll end the day not being a customer of @O2 and having to find service from another provider.
