    @O2 I have spoken to store and found out it was collected Tuesday, they believe that it will be a replacement, can you give me some timescales on this please as due to medical needs I am lost without my watch, I would add it has never functioned correctly since December!

    Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

    @O2 Trying to lengthen ring time on Samsung J4 Core. You gave me code that didn’t work, so not impressed. Seems it’s a big problem as many people having difficulty. Not impressed! Help please!

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 This is a regular issue and not a one off. Plus the ain’t many people walking around here on their phones using up data. The signal quality has been decreasing for years now. Exact dates for 5G installation is required please rather that “we are working on it”

    Gosh @O2 are rubbish when it comes to vulnerable clients/Consumer Duty ... I've had a nightmare just trying to get them to acknowledge that a Dyslexic person needs help. They have lost their phone so it should be obvious that they can't recieve a text! Why is it so difficult!?
