    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @O2 Thanks for the generic response, however, the issue is beyond this. Someone from O2 needs to travel on a train from London to Peterborough, and maybe further north, to test the signal levels as I suspect the cell coverage is poor or not functioning correctly.

    Just joined @O2 and trying to keep my phone number but I keep getting messages saying unable to process my port request- debating cancelling it and sticking with my old network 😔

    @O2 You sent out a 5g sim so in theory just a change. I have received a code on old sim and input to Web site. New sim in phone for about 2 hours. No service at present.
