    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @O2 Tried all of it and spent 40 mins in customer service on the app waiting for a reply, in that time I've had 2 offers of other phones, I will be leaving you as I'm out of contract

    @O2 This is the info on my location from the site Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

    @O2 Summary: there's (likely) an unspecified problem with my sim swap. No-one told me. No-one knows when it'll be fixed. No-one will tell me when it is, I can check by rebooting phone. I can't make or receive calls or texts. @O2 are sorry I feel this is bad customer service.

    @O2 I’m getting 5G signal TS25 1RN all over, but stuck on slow band 20 (800mhz) slow speeds. Coverage map doesn’t say it’s available, tried all your tips, no avail. Seems like backhaul needs putting in to work? 5G been visible all week.
