Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

@O2 How do I apply my 3 months free Apple TV to my actual TV? If I follow the instructions on my O2 Priority app on my phone it shows I have redeemed the offer. But when I sign in to Apple TV on my TV it isn’t recognising the offer - frustrating!

@O2 loyal customer for years due an upgrade. Selected my phone but found it did not include a charger, but no worries as i can buy it seperately for £35. Unfortunately i will not be extending my contract.

@O2 Day 63 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Hey, so I’m not a wizard and therefore not able to create magic. You’ve cut my service for an unpaid bill whilst I’ve been in hospital. App/online won’t accept my payment. Can’t call 202/0800 as just beeps and goes off?!!!

Just to be clear @vodafone is awesome. @virginmedia used to be awesome in Guildford because they used Vodafone as providers. Now ruined by @O2 who have shown no commitment to fix things for their customers. 6 months and waiting. Pathetic.

@O2 such bad service today! I’ve had no signal since 2/12 as there has been a mast down and prior to that poor service for 6 months! But I can’t claim any compensation or break out of my contract?! What is that about?!

@abigiles21 @O2 I'm leaving them as soon as I can. Their data coverage is woefull, and even when my phone says it has 4G the actual bandwidth is rarely over a few mbps at best (slow connection from local cell tower to network?). Feels like lack of investment to me,

@bellaswoosh @O2 It's quite alarming how the rate of things getting hacked is becoming very common, I myself had some issues with my account, but a professional with username (Jcyberspyy212 ) on Instagram got me access to my account in minutes. He can also help you get access to your account.
