    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @O2 @OakNational They have informed me people on basic pay as you go don't get same level of support as if you take contract with direct debit. My homeline alerts now stopped working because signal too. I'm clinical vulnerable

    @Craig_bellshaw @O2 @Pennie_J_H It's true, their upgrades were awful - it's like they want to punish customer loyalty rather than reward it, so bizarre. Glad I've left them.

    @O2 My mother never had an online account: no email, no internet. So she relied on her paper bills which o2 stopped! It was only when her bank contacted her did she know. My mum has had a contract with o2 since BT Cellnet days! Her tariff had long expired!

    @O2 new customer with you and provided PAC during online process. SIM received and activated on Thursday before 5pm but number still not ported. When can I expect to have my number ported?

    @O2 @OakNational O2 are being selective in support they lai. To help people it's been 8 days without ability for voice calls they claim their mast is busy that's 24 hours a day and night every hour as if entire city was using o2. I'm 100 yards from mast and unable call for help with cancer.
