    @O2 please can you justify a £49 charge to call Australia for 19 minutes? I used my partners phone as I had no signal and needed to call o2 to enable Wi-Fi calling. While he does not have the international bolt on like me, I was shocked to find out the charge. this is exorbitant.

    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam who do I speak to about poor/no network coverage on Sky Mobile? Your coverage checker says the complete opposite to what I actually receive, and has done for the entire time in the area I live. Either the coverage checker is lying or your (@O2) mast has never worked.

    @O2 offers very attentive contracts with lots of data, the issue is that the service is so bad that you are not able to use the data as it should, instead you find yourself looking for WiFi connections to be able to use your phone.

    @O2 why is the line my 12 year old son has (in my name but never given out to ANY business etc) now receiving government texts for boosters? Is this not against GDPR guidelines? I haven’t agreed to my details being passed on for this purpose!
