    Well despite repeated direct messages from @O2 it seems they are unable to help a long standing customer (15+ years) with an issue on phone that’s under warranty !! I tried visiting my local o2 shop also they can’t help !! #o2 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @O2 Listen I have reported all the calls and nothing gets done about it. I've reported several times how utter crap my data services is yet again nothing gets done about it. O2 is starting to really suck! I'm getting sick of the crap data, the crap harassing phone calls.

    @O2 Just had a message off u guys saying have used all my data this month but mobile data on phone is saying a still have 1gb left.any ideas what’s going on? Also message said unused data gets carried over 2 next month but mine never has & I generally use 3gb less than allowance

    @O2 When are you going to sort your services out and provide clear internet connections again? Had problems over a month now. Biggest mistake signing up with @virginmedia . Cannot wait to end my contract and go with @EE
