    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @O2 Have changed phones and need a micro sim card. Have PAYG with credit so want to keep same number and credit I have. Ordered a sim card online a week ago and nothing has arrived. Can you help please? New phone sat unused as can’t put standard size sim card in it.

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

    @kokeshimum @O2 I was visiting family in Warrington (pop 216,705) last week . O2 coverage so poor and in the spots of 5G near to the M62 motorway hotel I was staying , the data speed of 5G was 7.8 mb/s when I tested it.

    I moved from @ThreeUK to @O2 and nothing has improved on signal. Blind spots alll over the places. What I really don't get why you don't get anything on 4 antena bars? And could be anywhere in London

    @andrevella @bencrolla @O2 I was hoping that would’ve worked for me when they came through on the 14th, but unfortunately I got the same errors. It’s abysmal. 2026, IT department can’t create a payment link for me to use 🙄 customer since BT Cellnet days & I’m shocked at the lack of customer service
