@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 @TheO2 @TheO2 no one should be made to stay on the phone for longer than an hour in this day and age just to CANCEL A CONTRACT. with three, it took 20 minutes to get someone on the phone and reach an agreement.
