I.C (@IanCockerill2) reported@O2 has anyone else ever had a promise that O2 would call to sort out a serious mistake on their part, only for them not to call at all? Teresa Bourne (@TeresaBourne) reported@O2 Any idea when we will get a decent signal in ME 10? Virgin engineer had to go for a 10 minute walk yesterday to get enough signal to transfer our router, paying every month and having to rely on landline is ridiculous.
