@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • liam0046
Liam Wright (@liam0046) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@O2 absolutely sick of your rubbish signal in my house. every time I complain NOTHING is done. can’t wait to leave your joke of a network. I live n greater Manchester and I get better signal at my dad’s house in rural Wales 🙃

  • jayymieemcd
Jamie Mcdonald (@jayymieemcd) reported from Salford, England

@O2 still 100% sure you are still the worst network! Yet i still pay a ridiculous amount of money for a service i very rarely get!!!!

  • Mr_Ricker79
Ricky Gwilliam (@Mr_Ricker79) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Are you able to confirm, without directing me to your website (which doesn’t answer my question and does not help) when 5G will be available in Manchester? Thank you

  • anthonylawson79
Anthony Lawson MBE (@anthonylawson79) reported from Stockport, England

@O2 when will the 4G signal be back to normal working order? Is COVID still a factor in this? I'm sure the signal strength was cut short due to more people working at home etc.

  • RJakesEU
Rob 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@RJakesEU) reported from Manchester, England

haha, just had an (obviously scam) phone call from someone who claimed to be from @O2 … when they asked how the service was and I said it was poor, they hung up

  • chrisrogan
Chris Rogan (@chrisrogan) reported from Manchester, England

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

  • anthonylawson79
Anthony Lawson MBE (@anthonylawson79) reported from Mottram in Longdendale, England

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

  • GoaterBilly
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported from Strines, England

@O2 which idiot authorises sending out texts at 4 o’clock in the morning to update me about my phone order? Get real. The person needs punching or sacking or both!

  • SteveVanDang
Steve (@SteveVanDang) reported from Stockport, England

Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals, tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

  • emilystella_
Emily (@emilystella_) reported from Salford, England

@O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

  • s7e7en
SThomas (@s7e7en) reported from Manchester, England

I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

  • atlr
Alexander Robinson (@atlr) reported from Manchester, England

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

@O2 Due to the recent price increase, I’ve decided to move to another provider. I’m unable to find an option in the app to cancel my SIM. I already have a PAC code to keep my number and I’m now out of contract—would that be sufficient to proceed?
