1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 Unfortunately, being out and about currently I haven't tested another non-O2 WiFi network yet. Reinstalling my mobile browsers after clearing cache and cookies has irritated me a bit. The o2 WiFi did not work either.

@O2 @andy_cov93 Dont do it!!!!!!! They are the worst. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 11 minutes. They have been promising to call me all week to allow me to leave my contract because they admit I have been paying for zero service for years!!!! They will hook you in and ignore you afterwards

@O2 No its constant. Struggles to buffer and loses 4G in my home, on the way to work and in work. The WiFi at home & work isn't great so I rely on my 4G & it's just been awful lately. Wondering if it's a mast thing? Or my sim?
