@DPDgroup_news It arrived 6 days late and damaged. In answer to your question. In the UK and Stoke is the depot it came out of. @O2 should be a priority customer for you, but you don’t give a damn about delivering their products safely, on time and intact

So @O2 didn’t deliver my phone despite me paying for next day delivery, said phone wont be here tomorrow either or monday. Takes 2 days to do a credit check for a customer of 14 years apparently but 14 days to refund me my money too. Absolute joke of a company

@O2 This is rubbish these links. U send the same things for over a year now and not much is changing. Boasting that most of London has now got 5g. Well what about the rest of the country??? Too slow with the roll out. Other operators are much further ahead !!!
