    @O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion 😕

    @O2 yet again the network in my area of CF43 is not working, it was only repaired around a month ago when it was down for 4 to 5 days and then it was intermittent for a couple of days later. Paying for a service which I can’t use unless on WI-FI, this is terrible service

    @O2 Hi i cannot wait 24 hours, i am working right now and it requires me to take and make calls. I have already rebooted my phone. I should not be made to wait a day with no service, i have paid for this and should have it every day. Especially with how extortionate the prices are

    @virginmedia Thank you Virgin Media for responding but my problem is with @O2 who haven’t ported my existing number despite SKY completing their end last week. Wish I’d swapped to you instead as @O2 haven’t even acknowledged the issue on here.
