    Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

    @O2 Have changed phones and need a micro sim card. Have PAYG with credit so want to keep same number and credit I have. Ordered a sim card online a week ago and nothing has arrived. Can you help please? New phone sat unused as can’t put standard size sim card in it.

    @O2 I live centrally, in the four biggest city in the UK. I was sold 5G as being ready in 2020. It's now 2022. I want to cancel my contract.

    @O2 Ah I see yeah it did say that on the email but upgrade to Unlimited data applied for two weeks ago - applied to account immediately and showed up on Thursday last week so I’ll hang off for a few days

    @O2 just wondering if you have and masts down in the south east London area. (BR3) I can’t receive 3G, 4G or 5G My phone is absolutely useless, my wifi won’t even work when connected but everything else in my house is working more than fine.
