@O2 Have changed phones and need a micro sim card. Have PAYG with credit so want to keep same number and credit I have. Ordered a sim card online a week ago and nothing has arrived. Can you help please? New phone sat unused as can’t put standard size sim card in it.

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@O2 is an absolute joke. I have little to zero signal at all and my mum has none at all. She has seizures and no way of contacting anyone if anything happens due to this. Absolutely sick of it, been a well over a week. #O2 get it sorted 🤬😡

@O2 how come your service seems to be getting worse! 4G struggles with a video call and when it drops to 3G, which, once upon a time, was the standard, it literally means zero connectivity!! Unless of course my phone is being dodgy!
