Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@o2 had an account fraudulently opened in my name, and have been waiting for info. Only correspondence so far is threatening notices. Burton helped and got me a no. for your fraud team, but not in service! Why is it so hard to speak to someone who can help as a victim of fraud?
