I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!
