    @VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

    @O2 Had no 4G, signal to text or call since yesterday. Rely on @googlemaps for work and couldn’t access a thing. What the hell is going on? 😤😤😤😤

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 have to say really poor service from you guys this morning, I’ve spoke to 3 different people now and still haven’t reached a conclusion on where I’m trying to get too and it’s not hard either ! Time for a change maybe !

    @O2 you are as an organisation possibly the worst most incompetent, disorganised shambles of an excuse of a company I have ever come across and at this point are making @VodafoneUK look professional and trust me I wouldn’t trust them to make a cup of tea

    @O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

    1 hr 20 min trying to upgrade to a new iphone 11 with @O2 but because they never updated my name after being married 7 yrs ago (sent marriage certificate) won’t do it.. goodbye O2..

    @O2 Just received a phonemail from someone (AKA scammer) claiming to be from O2. They offered 40% discount for being a loyal customer. (I joined 2 days ago... very loyal). They said I'd receive an email. I asked what my email is... they hung up. 020 3744 9659 is their number.

    Hey @O2 can you help? Have just signed back up with you, have gone to log into my O2 only to be told by one of your very unhelpful employees that I need to set up an new email account for this to work. (I don’t have another email) Apparently there is no other way around this! 😔
