@O2 No my house is not in Bath, but even when I go home I have no 4G and at best 1-2 bars of 3G. Everyone I speak to on o2 says the same thing!! Your signal is horrendous. And even when I do have it nothing loads!! I’ll be looking to cancel my contract with you.

@O2 No, it's in relation to an old Virgin Mobile account. I wrote to Mr Schüler directly and recieved nothing back, not even a acknowledgment. Had 2 of his call centres hang up on me on relation to the matter. I am also in the process of leaving Virgin Media due to their conduct.
