    @O2 I am highly disappointed with your customer service and neglect at me now cancelling my phone twice, within your guidelines. Yet, you still are sending me bills and now a termination fee. How many times do I have to cancel the phone and explain that the contract has finished?

    @O2 can someone give me an update on what’s happening with signal in Glasgow? It’s been off since 9am this morning, it’s now 7.25pm. I can’t make/receive calls… can’t make wifi calls because cos this needs to be enabled via your site and I need an sms verification to log in to
