@O2 one of your call agent made a big mistake and put me in a hardship . Closed my account and told me to cancel my direct debit . Now @02 asking me to pay the all amount contract by 19th of February. Letter posted on 9th ,received on 15th . 4 days !!!!!

@O2 I applied for o2 open after getting new phone and was advised It would be active in 3 days after sending payslip. 12 days later it’s still not activated. Have called a few times and just keep being told to wait. advisors have no idea why its taking so long. Can you help?
