Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account ๐คฌ. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks ๐

The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.
