@O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

@O2 Still waiting for a call back from the 24th May. Chased on the 25th, chased again today advisor spoke to a manager who said they will call back next Tuesday. That will be 2 weeks until someone acknowledges my issue. Terrible service. Quick enough to take my DD though.

@Peteish @O2 Yeah. I had that problem with an iPad that I wanted to pay off early. They removed it from my account but didn’t take payment. Then I got threatening letters but there was literally no way to pay. Took ages and multiple staff members to find someone to fix it. Very stressful

@O2 @hamilton45_j It's like this every day. 45 mins in which to use the offer? So those of us who can only get to a nero over lunch will never be able to use the new offer. It's absolutely ridiculous.
