    @o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

    @O2 can not log in to My O2 on my phone. Reset password yesterday my wife can log on on her iPhone but my Samsung is no go. I have deleted the cash and data as advised but stupid response is my email and password are not correct. Half an hour queue to speak to a human JOKE

    @O2 Day 111 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Sim sorted but it's been more than 7 weeks without a signal where I live! Apparently, masts are being repaired. It is impossible to do simple tasks such as banking, let alone make or receive calls and texts! No end in sight......
