Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?

You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance. O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.
