Samantha G (@SamCamLlamClam) reported from Greenisland, Northern Ireland@O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).
-

-
just me (@BluesnJazzxx) reported@mitchhirsty @O2 Yeah I figured that. Same issues on the website as well. I can’t pay my bill because I can’t access the app or website and I am not sitting for an hour on my phone whilst I wait to talk to someone.

-
JaG (@J4God) reported@danjaydubya @mattstingray @O2 Me too. I’ve had some compensation for it but now on full tariff and worse than ever. Won’t load anything and on the odd occasion that it does, slow as. I’ve come to hate it.

Lucie Rimmer (@LucieRimmer) reported@O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. It’s always been bad. You’re the only network that has a shop on there now and it’s ironic you can’t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating 🙄 Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!
