    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 Absolutely terrible service from O2. First time agent drops the call, second time in an endless queue. 3rd time the agent said she would not put us on hold & then does it again. They have no respect for their customers.

    @O2 Been trying to pay off my apple watch device plan and I've been lied to, cut off, and put on hold numerous times. I haven't been rude... yet! Currently I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 53 minutes trying to do this. I'm giving up at 2 hours. How ridiculous!

    @MrComputer089 @O2 Thanks for the advice but I don't "do" instagram. If I get no joy from customer support - I'll go back to the shop I bought it from, the sales assistant told me to come back to him if I couldn't get it sorted out. Have a feeling that will be the next step.

    @o2 had so many issues with 4g recently it’s actually a joke, paying for my contract and not getting anywhere near what I’m paying for!!
