    Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.

    @O2 when are you going to fix the mobile signal in Manchester? Hardly anything in the city centre and I need to rely on Wi-Fi. Definitely not worth what I’m currently paying for it

    @O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that it’s not on your system so I can’t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    I really wish @O2 can sort out the issues in Horwich. Trying to contact your insurance and police etc after a break in is extremely frustrating when there's no bloody signal 😡😡

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable

    @O2 you claim you have the perfect connection..so why am I getting slow loading times for normal Web pages when in built up areas? Last week at Ashton Gate, Bristol. No signal. Right now, im in Weston-Super-Mare in a trading estate with a god awful signal.

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.

    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2
