VillaChicken (@AVFCMadrid27) reported@O2 @o2 your signal coverage app is incorrect. The map show blue where there is no reliable 5g, cant generally get 4g. This is not temporary, been the case for months. People need to go into Shops for wifi to pay parking.
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@waynetuckwell @O2 Luckily, they send me a text just before they cut off all my 7 lines threatening legal action Inc debt recovery, I use the link in the email to pay all in one go. It's literally the only way I can pay my bills unless I spend 2hrs on the phone. It's ******* shockingly bad @Ofcom
-

Ryan (Struggling with life NGL) (@ryanyates1990) reportedHey @O2 I had a contract with you that I had financial issues and couldn't pay it after dealing with grief after loosing my dad to cancer a few years back Can I have the number associated with it released to me via a PAYG sim at all as I had that number for like 17+years
-
Jambo (@The_real_Jambo_) reported@O2 @KerZE87 O2 has went downhill since they merged with Virgin media. I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.
-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.
-
May May (@juicybite) reportedWhat is happening @O2 if I can't reach your website and I'm currently an O2 customer, what faith do I have, where I continue staying with you? It's annoying & frustrating
-
Teresa Bourne (@TeresaBourne) reported@O2 Any idea when we will get a decent signal in ME 10? Virgin engineer had to go for a 10 minute walk yesterday to get enough signal to transfer our router, paying every month and having to rely on landline is ridiculous.
