    @O2 due a phone call from an engineer looking into my account at the very latest today. Rang in, lost signal, advisor had to call me back. Still nothing but yet bet you’ll take payment on time for poor service

    @O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

    Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

    Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

    @O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.

    @arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.

    @O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment

    @arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text

    @BBLouisR @O2 @VodafoneUK I don’t get signal at work at all! The signal in my house is also rubbish even though it’s meant to be a strong area for signal according to their signal checker. Ive been stupidly loyal for 22years and gained nothing but rubbish service really
