1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@O2 I think all 02 customers should en masse suspend there payments until 02 get their act together 6 months I've been arguing with them to give me the service I pay for and need due to ill health and I'm being fobbed off and from what I've seen I'm not the only one

@O2 Your helpline has had me waiting 2 hours after one of your agents scammed me earlier this morning offering a discount but has not done this but purchased an I phone via my account instead! Appalling customer service, complete joke.
