    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

    @O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

    @O2 the worst customer service in the uk. We have 5 contracts with 02 we can’t wait to leave after such bad experience of calls dropping and no customer service . After 20 min in hind calls drop.

    @O2 how the hell do I cancel a contract with you? I am told you go through the website and speak to you there where they then tell me to phone up and by phone I can’t get through. No service at my home or work address, forever told it will be fixed.

    @O2 you’ve just told me I have racked up at £200+ bill unknowingly calling an international number 5 times. How could you let me get in that much debt without warning me! This was clearly a mistake as I have never in 10 years gone over my bill.
