  @O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. It’s always been bad. You’re the only network that has a shop on there now and it’s ironic you can’t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating 🙄 Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

  @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

  @O2 I need to make a formal complaint over appalling customer service over fraudulent activity on my account. I've tried endlessly to resolve this since it first came to light to no avail. O2 confirmed they would stop my direct debit to avoid the £286 bill leaving my account

  @wheat_daddy @O2 I always struggle to get an EE signal at byards leap which isn't too far from you I gather so I'd be wary of them.
