Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
