    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    @O2 @Eg_a_Sinclair I am having same issues @O2 . I have switched to 2g/3g (automatic) instead of 2g/3g/4g (automatic) and the service has improved. Any explanation in what is going on? This seems to have affected alot of people

    @O2 It only took you a week to call me back to try and fix this issue - on the number that was broken too might I add. If I hadn’t been advised by a person (not affiliated to o2) on Twitter to go to the o2 shop to get a new sim, it would’ve been a week without calls. Disappointing.
