    @O2 what a waste of money it is I pay for you're service every month. Another mast issue in my area, no calls or texts all day, I ise this phone for buisness Yet again lost more money through o2 and the rubbish equipment I've never had this issue with any other service provider

    You’re rolling out 5G when Newcastle doesn’t even have basic coverage, I have a 50GB contract with you and barely manage to use 2GB a month due to lack of signal/searching for free Wifi @O2

    So to be straight: because @O2 have been terrible for over a year, I can’t refresh my phone until after I get back from my Christmas trip! You’re very VERY quickly losing a customer here and I’ve been with o2 for nearly 15 years.

    @O2 I was supposed to get a free upgrade every 12 months but your "problems with supply" last year meant that I didn't get my new phone for over a month after I requested it, so my refresh date is a month later, which pushes it past my annual christmas trip. It's a farce.

    @O2 so… appalling service, no signal abroad, no signal at home… thought I might try to refresh my phone but it turns out that I can’t because last year there was a delay in getting my phone to me so my usual refresh date in October has been pushed back til November!

    I suspect if I cancelled the three direct debits I pay every month to @O2 they’d find time to get in touch with me. Help with setting up a new phone when their online SIM swap is banjaxed, not so much.

    @2bard @intueldonsquare @northumbriapol You're right in normal circumstances, however my phone signal keeps cutting out while @O2 are upgrading to 5G, last week a man had a seizure in front of me and I was getting repeatedly disconnected from the emergency services while trying to get an ambulance.

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    @O2 Your coverage in most of Newcastle is shocking, I live in NE2 and the best signal I get is 1 bar of 3G in my iPhone 7

    Preparing to move house is stressful enough without poor customer service like @O2 whose site sent me around in circles for an hour before an advisor informed me that they can’t accept advance notice of changes in details and @virginmedia whose chat service has a 45 minute wait.

    I am happy to supply the screenshot evidence of the chat this month, months on from the issue, where @o2 did not register my consumer complaint and said wait. I’m pretty sure this isn’t how a complaints process is meant to work, and I have had no contact since.

    @O2 Got this Pixel about a mth ago. I got it from CEX, traded in an iPhone 11. Just swapped the SIM. Yes, tried everything I can think of including several resets. I guess it's the SIM as it's saying the NUMBER doesn't support the Visual voicemail. Don't know what else to say! Lol

    I've never been late on a payment or had any issues with @O2 who I've had a contract with for years. @EE are absolutely vile. There are loads of stories online about people being denied mortgages because they had 14 pounds on an EE line rental they didn't realise

    @KathrynABrown @OpenreachHelp I would personally recommend moving from wired broadband to 4G, I just tested my @O2 broadband and I’m getting 23 Mbps download and 14 Mbps upload. Alternatively get an ADSL router with a 4G SIM in it for backup when your broadband goes down.

    @O2 Hi @o2 email of order received but nothing else: called 2 or 3 times to be told it’s stuck but then your complaints team say it’s not and the won’t cancel it - can you look into it please? I feel like cancelling
