@O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

@O2 Hey i wounded if you can help me I have a contact with o2 but I was unable to pay my bill last month I spoke to you on fone and told you I would pay you on 14th of January as I was in hospital but I’ve only got today and when I’ve went to pay it I can’t my fone now completely off

@O2 anyone else having problems with calls. Have a signal, when I take or make calls the other person can’t hear. This is not only happening to me & it’s been going on since o2 merged with virgin. O2 sort it out or I’m going!!!
