@O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

@O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

The absolutely useless @O2 network went down at about 9.30 am today and has only returned spasmodically. How a network can be off then on and a minute later be off again is beyond me. This has been its capability all day. My advice never ever sign up to O2 for your phone network.

A cautionary tale. Back in June I asked @O2 to make a simple change. They made a simple error of mispelling a name. Nine @VirginMediaO2 customer service advisers later they still haven’t been able to correct their mistake.

Why is the @O2 signal in Blackpool ( specifically FY1 ) so rubbish ?!?! Hardly ever get more than 1 or 2 bars on 4G which also constantly drops out. Anything I can do to increase the coverage at my end ? Any help would be appreciated as it is driving me insane.
