@O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

@RevRichardColes @O2 Good luck! Usually if we do get to speak with an actual human being employee (of almost any organisation) they are further from decision-making and problem-comprehension than we ordinary people are. Same for their twitter etc 'prescence'
