@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

@O2 Day 71 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I’ve done this and it tells me a phone mast is not working. I’m patient and all but the phone mast was out of order last time I raised a complaint! This is well over 6mth ago and the signal is getting worse! At this point I’m paying for something that does not serve it’s purpose
