    Hey @O2! 👋👋👋 You are really starting to make me angry. Why is my internet connection very slow, even when on 4G. I cannot deal with the pausing videos, apps and webpages not loading. Sort it out!

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    @O2 Got a call bar today. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Also I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to your alleged customer service agents who appear to be utterly inept to make a simple change.

    @O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

    @O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

    I’m curious how my number for sold ... I think @O2 sold it. Was only 3 for 4 years. Zero issue. Was on o2 for 4 months and this happened. Bullshit.

    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.     @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
