My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

You’re rolling out 5G when Newcastle doesn’t even have basic coverage, I have a 50GB contract with you and barely manage to use 2GB a month due to lack of signal/searching for free Wifi @O2

Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

We’re now on 3rd SIM card and 12th day without network for my heavily pregnant wife who is unable to work from home for almost 2 weeks now. Despite @O2 reassuring tweet yesterday, she’s failed again to have any resolution and is now told it will be further 5 days.
