@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

@O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

@O2 Got the new IPhone 12 and I must say it is rubbish , there’s nothing majorly new on this phone , the fact that @Apple don’t supply charger plugs and headphones anymore is terrible , for the price of the phone is overpriced , I advise people don’t buy the iPhone 12
