Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

@ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK No signal in CV32 6NT from ANY network!! Please sort this problem out, I can’t make a phone call on my mobile let alone get any internet. Really poor service from ALL networks. I am with Three but will move to another network if this problem is sorted

@O2 I don't doubt that 02 staff have tried to help, but I've spent close to 12 hours on the phone trying to give you about a £1,000 - and you haven't found a way to make that work. I'm fed up.

.@O2 I would just sort it out through web chat if that was even available-I’ve been trying to get connected but always says the service is not available. Was great to wait in a queue for 45 mins for someone to answer the phone just to say she’s actually finishing and to call back

@O2 @dthecosplayer Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 12 month contract is £28 per month = £336 £13 device * 12 = £156 £15 tariff * 12 = £180 5GB PAYG 12 months is £240 (£96 cheaper) £120 device £10 PAYG * 12 months = £120 6GB No incentive to be loyal customer? @O2

@O2 is there a reason that I am paying my phone bill and yet since before Christmas my signal cuts out and I get told on your website there’s an issue with a mast. A month is long enough to fix a mast. So please tell me how it’s fair that I’m paying for a service & not getting it

@O2 Hi. The original plan no longer seems possible. I've been told to call back tomorrow, to see if a different plan might work. Instead, I'm looking into buying an unlocked phone from elsewhere and letting my 02 contract run down.
