You can log into the router via the IP address 192.168.1.254 the login details is on your hub. When you log in go to the last tab, troubleshooting and then event log. I have a feeling it is nothing to do with your wifi. Check for problems. 1/2

The past year as your customer has been well, just rubbish. I’m lucky if I get 13mbps down on my “80mbps” line. Well under the 55mbps you say I should be seeing.
