@plusnethelp Having been told by you FIVE separate times that line is all clear, how can I be sure this is the truth now? I am fed up of phoning my new provider to verify what Plusnet tell me..incredibly poor service and a lack of attention to detail.

@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

The Portal. Numerous calls to your customer services team has yielded absolutely no resolution. I have just been passed between the rewards company and plusnet, with each laying the issue at the others door and being fobbed off with 'it should be sorted soon once the system 2/4

@Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.

@EE our broadband is down and I’ve checked all the usual suspects. Trying to contact customer support texts me from an SMS short code which @Plusnet (my phone provider) don’t support! How can I get my problem looked at/talk to a human?!
