@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

@DavidLisser I don’t use them anymore as I switched to BT when I got FTTP here. I used Plusnet for many years before that and any time I had an issue their customer service was great! Zen used to be really good too although I haven’t used them in over a decade.

@Plusnet the disappointing thing about not having an email address is that when you fail to do what you say, and the customer is out of the country, then it is difficult to resolve the matter. Please give me a way to contact you without incurring a large international phone bill.

@_WezXL_ To be fair to PlusNet, I've only ever had one major issue with them in the years I've been with them and even the house move we did went smoothly and without incident, so I'm remaining optimistic here. (the less said about my smart meter installs, though, the better...)

@finance55uk @Plusnet I had the same with virgin. I found that due to them increasing it so much you also had the option to come out of contract early. This gave me extra leverage and instead of the £11 increase, they knocked it down to a £1.30 increase just by making a quick call to them
