@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

Anyone considering @Plusnet for their internet. I suggest buying a hamster and hamster wheel combo to power it, it won’t work however nor does plusnet.#awful

Remember the news story about guy with an old fashioned TV who knocked the whole neighborhood off the internet whenever he turned his TV on?
