Plusnet Issues Reports

-
Nooblets (@Noobletscom) reported@WeAreOpenreach @DCMS My Internet was working for less than a week, then I was disconnected. 1/ Why cannot Plusnet contact you, and ask if my internet is still active? 2/ Why can the public not contact you, to see if a Openreach team is in the area, and has disconnected people by mistake. (So they can fix their mistake there) 3/ Why can the public not contact you AT ALL! 4/ Why does the public have to wait 3 days for any problem that Openreach could have caused? Get a Systems Analyst in, (of which I am one), to find all the inadequate systems your managers are currently running! Because a 3 days wait for any problem, is something someone needs to get Fired for!

Wessex Wyvern (@WessexWy) reported@BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)
