    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Must compliment @unocomm on my broadband switch. Conducted with no issues and an immediate improvement in performance over @Plusnet. Looks like the issues they couldn’t locate were their own - their “award winning” service was truly dire!

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk When is Plusnet going to take me to court? 2 debt collectors and various threats and still nothing! PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT!     @Plusnet on hold to your business support line for 23 minutes and no one has answered yet. is it something to do with me dialling the business number followed by the number saying I want to leave? I go to the back of the queue?

    I'm sure I made a great first impression at my interview, this morning, as I failed entirely to join the video chat... because my @Plusnet broadband is incredibly slow and regularly dropping out altogether. @plusnethelp isn't even responding. How is this acceptable? 😤
