@Plusnet a bit too late now. After two days here with no response and over 60 minutes just holding to get through to your team had no option but to terminate the service. Hopefully we may work together in the future

@Plusnet Hey there, I can't seem to call you anymore, says the number does not exist. We were without internet for almost a week and customer support told us we could get reimbursed if fixing it took more than 2 days. How would we go about that?

Biggest mistake is signing up with @Plusnet for broadband. Poor customer service, order delayed no explanation. May i please cancel the order with you i cant deal with this. Been on the phone for more than an hour waiting for customer service and here you hardly get a response.

Want faster broadband from @plusnet? Wouldn't waste your time. Ordered mine on 13th July - today had FOURTH engineer visit with a no show and had no reasons given. Ongoing support ticket but just pathetic apologies and no action getting taken. Not long now til out of contract!!
