    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

    Staying in the beautiful Lake District great times only bad thing is shocking service provided by @Plusnet been 3 days now without Wi-fi and it’s a new installation terrible wouldn’t recommend them to anyone awful

    @julieo25 @virginmedia I have and like @plusnet . They’re pretty much hanging on to their customer-friendly approach. Prices ok. People great on t’phone.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I am trying to setup a Fibre package in the newly built flat I just moved into. There is a BT Openreach Fibre box already installed in the flat, but when I tried to take one of your 12 mths packages it failed. Can you help?

    @Plusnet Done all that.. even tested 2 other routers.. fault seems to be at Plusnet's end.. do you have any outage going in BN12 postcode

    @Plusnet Well after quitting Sky broadband for Plusnet... We (Family and very frustrated kids) have now had no internet since Thursday (Sky Ceased) 20th when your service went live!! as your router has still not turned up.. router sent Mon 17th and no tracking. RMail reliability.

    @lindy_lou077 All use the same network, only difference is exchange equipment and customer service. Plusnet is basically BT anyway.

    @Plusnet Thank you. Sorry for sounding so cross, but I still feel for an email provider to fail to directly email the email account about concerns over the email account, and only to email a secondary email account given 10+yrs ago really is the cause of the problem. Its a PlusNet #fail
