@TalkTalk @Plusnet Jessie, I DM'd you. You've switched the broadband off and refunded the difference with the bill so I don't get what your problem with the phone number is. The request to switch was in my name which you did anyway.

@Plusnet Bit late guys, my broadband suddenly came back to life at 22.20 last night, 7 hours after it went down.

The customer support @Plusnet may be friendly, but is technically inept. You sold me a package knowing there were going to be issues with the PAC transfer. I'm left in limbo with a sim that won't function and if I leave you can't give me a PAC code so I will lose my number,

@Plusnet hi, our broadband price has increased without any notification. We would like to discuss this or cancel as we can get a better deal elsewhere. Can you advise what I can do?

@Plusnet Tip 5 - Read peoples reviews about Plusnet first. Before you do decide to be tortured by them! Guaranteed you will have Internet problems and none stop customer service problems.

@Plusnet please stop increasing my 30 day rolling contract. It's getting annoying that I have to keep changing my plan - I mean, I keep getting more data for the original cost...but still...stop doing it. The cost of living is going up, stop adding to the problem!
