    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

    @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

    @tandleman @Plusnet Plusnet have sold your email to Greenby. Plusnet have broken the data protection act. They could face huge fines for transferring sensitive data (email archive) to a third party. You could be entitled to compensation

    @Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?
