@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

Dear @Plusnet I am an unwell disabled person home alone all Xmas with no emergency telephone helpline button to press in an emergency and no internet so no alexa either.

@OpenreachHelp I'm frankly fed up with the number of major broadband outages in Elsenham. Three major issues in the past six months. Please sort the street box out so that a mere sneeze next to it doesn't knock out our connection. @Plusnet @BTBroadbandOUT

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.
