@plusnethelp hi..pls could you let me know how I can cancel BT Sport via the Plusnet site?

  • rider45 Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

  • CharlesTilley Charles Tilley (@CharlesTilley) reported from Rochford, England

@Plusnet can you DM me, having big problems

  • AdamNWilliams3 Adam Williams (@AdamNWilliams3) reported from Minster-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet I have and as normal, ignored! Superb customer service!

  • kate_marr Kate Marr (@kate_marr) reported from Gravesend, England

@Plusnet I want to cancel but I can't get through!

  • TommyC306 ⚒️Tom Cooper⚒️ (@TommyC306) reported from Burnham-on-Crouch, England

@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

  • charfranklin_ Char x (@charfranklin_) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

And once again for the 10000th time since joining @Plusnet the WIFI is down again 😡 absolute joke!! Worst decision we ever made was switching to you in October ! @plusnethelp

  • Pauline54232922 Pauline Turner #pigoneer (@Pauline54232922) reported

@4lanFrancis @tescomobile But you're right about Plusnet. I switched from them to Vodafone last October. Big mistake! The promised £100 voucher never arrived, the speed is slow, no free landline calls and less data allowance.

  • thelongestone Basil (@thelongestone) reported

@JPB_Islington @Plusnet I've finally found a way to raise a support ticket, but golly it is hidden away. Every email gets an auto response which basically says "we don't like emails, we won't respond. Ring us!" which for an ISP is really poor

  • JPB_Islington AnIslingtonGay (@JPB_Islington) reported

@thelongestone @Plusnet If you have the right to cancel, send them a letter giving them notice of cancellation. Or email them. And make clear you have a condition that means calling is not appropriate

  • abrown439 alex brown (@abrown439) reported

@Plusnet Nope. We can’t get FTTP and there are no plans for Openreach to upgrade our area in the next 5 years. Such a shame, your service has been fantastic but I need speeds over 100M now.

  • KatTrimble Kat J Trimble (@KatTrimble) reported

@angry_tired I 'm merciless on the phone with utility suppliers. The only ones I ever have a giggle with are Plusnet. Been with them for mobile for a while and have a brilliant deal. I'd never move. Wifi/broadband a whole other issue. A pain in the proverbial. Old Victorian houses, etc, etc.

  • BrimmellDen Den Brimmell 🇺🇦💙 The NHS (@BrimmellDen) reported

@bt_uk As I’ve said previously, it’s not me that has problem,it’s my mom & neighbours but they can’t complain because their phones &/or internet are down! Some are with you,my mom is with @Plusnet. I live in same street but my (& others) phone & internet is fine (coz we’re fibre?) 😤

  • QuestionerMoney Baron Adrian M 🇺🇦 (@QuestionerMoney) reported

@Hazzreid Plusnet for customer service. Zen Internet seem to be the best from reviews. But you pay more.

  • abrown439 alex brown (@abrown439) reported

@Plusnet i am thinking of leaving as others provides are able to provide gfast. Does plusnet have any plans to support gfast?

  • andreas14614758 andreas christou (@andreas14614758) reported
