Looks like (our) @Plusnet @plusnethelp connection has been down for an hour +. Giving up. Hope it's up again tomorrow. #plusnet

  • Green_AJ AJ Green (@Green_AJ) reported from Kensington, England

@Plusnet I’ve had three network dropouts in the past two days. You forced me to sign up to a new contract to get this fixed saying this wouldn’t happen. What is going on??????

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

  • trina_latham trina_latham (@trina_latham) reported from Richmond, England

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

@Plusnet no connection again , wtf , can’t wait till October when contract ends

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp customer service a joke

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I took out broadband with you 8 months ago , there was a gift card as part of the deal , so far no card, I’ve messaged you before on here but no response , thought you were good for customer service

  • elyob elyob (@elyob) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@pfjones77 Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. We have tested your service, and identified it is being affected by an incident in your local area. Incident detected: 18-Oct-2021 17:30 Estimated clear: 18-Oct-2021 23:29

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

However, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

Literally the worst internet company surely. Every day calls drop. I can never connect. And they do nothing to help. Roll on December when I can *finally* get out of this contract @Plusnet

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse until I dealt with @Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • AmandipSidhu2 Amandip Sidhu (@AmandipSidhu2) reported from Watford, England

@plusnethelp Having been told by you FIVE separate times that line is all clear, how can I be sure this is the truth now? I am fed up of phoning my new provider to verify what Plusnet tell me..incredibly poor service and a lack of attention to detail.

  • kevindewes Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

  • louise_sarah Louise 🌈 (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

@Plusnet Yes I have done that many, many times. It does nothing to help.

  • dmosaheb Dharmendra Mosaheb (@dmosaheb) reported from Hillingdon, England

@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

@Plusnet anyone else’s internet slow , mine is terrible , thought it was meant to be fast

  • Gutbuster40 Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse until I dealt with @Plusnet @plusnethelp , several messages and dm but still no reply

  • Harrison20202 Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England

    I feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • mccoy_ml Michelle McCoy (@mccoy_ml) reported

@Plusnet absolutely disgusting service. Out of data due to rubbish WiFi and you won’t even credit me 3 days worth til the end of this bill. Due to this you will loose 3 mobile phone sims and a broadband !!!!

  • bailes_31 whizzBang (@bailes_31) reported

@Plusnet plusnet down in CT14 postcode

  • ChimpPowered Rocket Powered Chimp Games (@ChimpPowered) reported

@Plusnet What's the point, you sent me a new SIM, said my cell tower was down and would be repaired by LAST Wednesday (over a week ago), and now I find the only way I can make/receive calls (as your 4g signal has BROKEN) is to select 2g or 3g only NOT LTE! Why can't we use EE towers too?

  • GeekByteUK Geekbyte (@GeekByteUK) reported

I've been with @Plusnet for years now & tbh, it's been a damn fine service & run without issue, but once your "new customer only" deal runs out, you're scuppered like the rest. Even having mobiles with the same company does not garner you any more interest. Time to switch maybe

  • mrrberesford Richard Beresford (@mrrberesford) reported

Keep losing broadband. Orange flashing light. Please help. Last time I had wifi problems , I had no internet for 3 months (that was when I switched to @Plusnet) @plusnethelp

  • juanarama_ John Iver (@juanarama_) reported

Had no internet since 1pm, and was told it would be solved by 6pm. After being told it was fixed – it wasn't – I'm now being told I won't have internet until 3pm SUNDAY?? Great service @Plusnet 👍

  • GeekByteUK Geekbyte (@GeekByteUK) reported

@Regathedragon @Plusnet Yeah I know Plusnet are BT owned, never been an issue tbh.

  • BreezePreston Preston Breezers (@BreezePreston) reported

@Plusnet having lots of connection problems in Preston today- on and off broadband? Any advice I’m trying to study online!

  • squeakydude Luke Brightling (@squeakydude) reported

@Plusnet Hi, I have been a customer for a while on 30 day contracts and have now seen offers with far more data. Your current offer has 30gb for £10 a month and I’m only receiving 12gb. Am I able to get the better deal or do I have to look elsewhere? Can I cancel and re signup?

  • PCornish5 P Cornish (@PCornish5) reported

@Plusnet only just realised that for some reason neither my wife's nor my own monthly SIM plan contains the 'additional' free 2Gb data taking our monthly data from 4Gb to 6Gb. I appreciate not a big issue, but have just returned from hols when we realised!
