    @plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

    @Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

    @Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

    Plusnet firewall still not working after 4 weeks!. I am getting frustrated! Not allowing any new incomming connections hence not vpn or games. Once outgoing connection is initiated will accept Established and Related incoming connections. The fault is at Plusnet Broadband end.

    Hi @Plusnet I've not had any service at all since Wednesday. I've tried live chat and keep getting kicked off and told to phone you. Which I would do except, I've no pissing phone service. Any idea what's going on or is it time to move providers.

    Interesting security breach attempt by bogus caller who knew I had @Plusnet and was asking me to check my light, saying issues with @BTSopenreach There were indeed issues for a couple of afternoons this week which makes me think it was an attempt by scammers today to 'break in'
