Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

message @Plusnet this morning at 9.40am saying i don't have any mobile data on my phone is emergency calls only it's not 2.17pm and still no response. So I had to go out my way to my parents house to phone Plusnet up to to order a replacement SIM so I will be without a phone

@three_broadband how much longer do I have to suffer while your engineers work on a mast??? My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!
