    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    Twitter @plusnethelp I am a Plusnet user and the house phone is not accepting calls, there is also no dial tone. Have done the checks as your website indicates. Tried calling your phone number via my mobile phone and the number does not work. Help!

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I am LIVID. I would like someone to call me back NOW please - having sat on hold for half an hour this morning to be told that my account was broken and you had to set up a whole new account, to having just sat on hold for ANOTHER 30 mins to be cut off!

    @plusnethelp i keep getting my wifi disconnecting. On phone for 45 mins to advisor who got me to change settings to 5 ghz so i had 2. I cannot connect to this new wifi channel when putting in the password! I've had nothing but problems since joining plusnet and only 26mb/s speed
