    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    And once again for the 10000th time since joining @Plusnet the WIFI is down again 😡 absolute joke!! Worst decision we ever made was switching to you in October ! @plusnethelp

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @Plusnet Figured it out. Luckily I’m quite technical. Plus net Hub back in its box and replaced with @TPLINK Modem Router. Working a treat now.

    @Plusnet hi ive had my router for nearly 5 years now and the WiFi keeps cutting off, devices say connected but no Internet - do I need a new router or is this an issue in my WA4 area, I work from home and need it working reliably ASAP

    @Plusnet hi, I’m a new customer, literally in my 49th hour with you guys, my router was working fine and now is flashing orange and broadband b is now red. Can someone help?been on hold waiting for an agent almost 45 minutes. Need my broadband to be working ASAP! This is not good

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp internet down in Leytonstone since yesterday.. Pathetic service. Most people work from home, so no work today, no pay today. Please fix it!
