@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

Was so looking forward to a night in front of the telly and WFH tomorrow but @plusnet internet is down, looks like it's back to the office for me tomorrow. Full fibre was supposed to be up and running 2 weeks ago, worked yesterday and this morning and is now down

@Plusnet For the last 2 weeks I've had no signal when at home so cannot send/receive messages, make/receive calls and WiFi calling is unavailable on Plusnet - EE state there's a problem yet it seems nothing is being done about it and I'm paying for a service I cannot use!

@Plusnet we have been without broadband for 6 days now without any timescale of resolution. You say this is a BT OpenReach issue but none of our neighbours are affected. Award winning service - I think not!
