@Plusnet Hi. I phoned on Wednesday morning as my broadband was down. I was told this was something affecting the local area (da16) and would be back running Thursday am. I still have no Internet. When is this expected to be working again?

@Plusnet Hi Matt, I’m so happy the case is with the manager, but still I don’t have service. More than 4 days already. Last month I had same issue and it took a week. Means I can’t use the service 25% of the month. It’s not fun.
