@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@Plusnet hello, I am away travelling in central and South America and my SIM card has not been working for a few months now. It comes up as though there is no signal. I cannot ring your support desk because of this also.

@Plusnet why has my speed dropped since you have increased my price to 20% above your current deals!? Streaming content on Netflix, or screencasting on Teams... Not had an issue before the last week. Nothing has changed with my setup.

@thelatexmallard I was O2 for 15 years, now BT for the last 5, never had any speed problems since changing, they also own EE and Plusnet.
