    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @Plusnet i have been having no luck with your service i have asked several times to get an engineer all i get is generic rubbish , any chance one of you can make my broadband work ?? i haven't had 50Kb/s since 1998 !!

    @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Yes... Going down the list. Some providers "no capacity" (TalkTalk), "wrong tech" (PlusNet), some choose to not connect to Openreach fibre (Vodafone)... Latest info is one provider may have bought the rights for 12 months (suspect it's BT)... So much for having fibre built in 😟

    @Plusnet Have dropped you a DM as well as sent in a ticket and still getting no response. I know you said "if you can find them", but surely it shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with somebody, especially when they're busy putting witty quotes all over social media? Help a guy out?

    @Plusnet my plusnet internet is running terrible and has done now for while losing connection is a daily occurrence and are now thinking let’s just get shot of it. Absolutely rubbish

    @Plusnet I am having extreme problems with my Internet connection running very slowly and my router has dropped out several times tonight within the last hour. This has been doing this for several days now and I would like someone to contact me to resolve.
