@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

I don't normally do this but @Plusnet this is wild. You are trying to charge My mother into the triple digits and close Her account despite it should be £30 a month and She NEVER asked to close Her account. You have left Her without a way to contact you and with a huge debt

@Plusnet This isn't an issue that can be resolved via the member centre. My broadband speeds are consistently below the minimum guaranteed (500mbps) and I would like to discuss the termination fees as they are extortionate when you are in breach of contract

@bt_uk We are switching providers since you are involved in helping Islamic takeover of Britain along with EE and Plusnet. It’s disgusting and I will be spreading this as much as possible to as many people as I can. You’re just as bad as the BBC, shame on you

@DerylLynn @Plusnet Similar problem here: Since Broadband upgrade, our panic alarms only work one way: the care people register that there is an alarm, but can't hear us, so they have to ring our phone. I understand that's a common problem

@Plusnet renewed my contract with you and you've charged me 6.99 for sending me a new router to upgrade. Brilliant customer service....

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet. You were dealing with my complaint and then you’ve suddenly started ghosting me. Shocking service.

@Plusnet Since found out it’s an exchange issue so not a lot we can do. Not ideal at all.
