  • rider45 Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet. I bought a BT homehub for £20 and it fixed all my problems. The wireless now works like a dream with all my devices. Can you refund me the £20 as your OneHub/firmware is pony.

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@George43148193 Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. - Curtis

@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

  • Granite2Man spiffy (@Granite2Man) reported

@rob3047 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Now I thought Plusnet was most reliable from all their blurb on radio. Shouting from the rooftops "Plusnet, won't let you down." Forgive them, they lied! Best I've had is Btinternet. Time to change Rob.

  • Fraudham Dr. Alexandra Fordham 🇪🇺 (@Fraudham) reported

Hello @Plusnet @plusnethelp our broadband, while never brilliant, has been really flaky the last couple of days. We’re in Dinnet, Aberdeenshire. Any issues?

  • NicolaMFraus Nicola Matteo Fraus (@NicolaMFraus) reported

@Plusnet @MarcAllera trying social media as your internal customer service channels are overwhelmed or uninterested. Kindly relieve me of my contract due to constant unfulfilled speeds. At a time when customers need to rely on you more true colours shine through. #”that’llnotdo”

  • sezl Sarah Ledger (@sezl) reported

@Plusnet broadband won’t connect in Carlisle. Is there a local issue?

  • ladystormhold làðýstörmhölð (@ladystormhold) reported

It shouldn't be this difficult to switch mobile providers to @Plusnet. 12hrs later and still no mobile coverage. Had to call up @plusnethelp yesterday as instructions on the accompanying letter didn't work. Seems like the process is totally different to letter - and SLOW.

  • gabbygabbybrook gabby@gabbybrooks (@gabbygabbybrook) reported

@Plusnet I have just become a Plusnet customer and had to have @WeAreOpenreach to install a new box. Just found out that the engineer has stolen a necklace and Plusnet don't want to know...they employ thieves to come into your house and aren't interested. Disgraceful!

  • alanmelady Alan Melady (@alanmelady) reported

@Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach have made a shambles of connecting my parents’ (both in 70s) new phone line and internet. 6 (!!!!) missed appointments. Significant stress. Awful. FYI @WhichUK
