@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@Plusnet Hiya to you too. I’m fine. Yes, it’s 0.8 BUT it’s really variable. One minute it can by less than 1, the next moment it’s (say) 7 then it can go down altogether. My neighbours and I have been promised fibre before Christmas, but no sign of it yet.

@Plusnet very poor internet speeds in central London and no way to contact them (not answering messages). Well below what was promised when taking out the contract. Anyone else have the same experience? Come on Plusnet, live up to your marketing!

@Plusnet I didn’t receive a gift card when I signed up with plusnet via uswitch. The chap on the phone said they aren’t linked. If that’s the case why are they still showing in uswitch. Poor show.
