@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

  • charfranklin_ Char x (@charfranklin_) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

@Plusnet Morning, how could I get a newer HUB for my internet connection? I have Plusnet Hub ONE (signal levels are shocking sometimes) but I cannot put this into modem mode only. I have my own wireless AP and would like to use that instead. Can we sort this, please?

  • MikeGriffith9 Mike Griffith (@MikeGriffith9) reported

This via text: Hi, it's the PlusNet Diagnostics bot here. Our diagnostic testing has found that your broadband service is being affected by a network problem in your area. Network issues are usually resolved in 4 hours. Thank you for your patience whilst the problem is fixed.

  • AustinP39032121 Austin Powers (@AustinP39032121) reported

@Ofcom @Plusnet why are broadband and phone providers allowed to raise prices by £6+ a month after signing a new 18 month contract? It’s very unfair and terrible practice that need’s to be stopped

  • VictorMeldraw 🐾 🐈‍⬛ චᆽච Lucky Nigel Cat චᆽච 🐈‍⬛ 🐾 (@VictorMeldraw) reported

@Plusnet OMG 14.4% rise U R even more 'less competitive'. I can get faster 'Full Fibre' cheaper / potentially fixed price + little rise at end. (vs fibre part way & more rises) Guess my mobile will be less competitive when I hear from you. (signal was bad today, got E on phone!!

  • jim_millen Jim Millen (@jim_millen) reported

@EleanorDallaway 4G/5G router and a 30-day SIM only data contract prob your best bet. Best deals are with MVNOs, make sure the underlying network is one with a good signal at your location. Hope Plusnet get their act together & sort it for you!

  • tony_tooting Tooting Tony (@tony_tooting) reported

Broadband with @JohnLewisRetail via @Plusnet happy. JL cease providing broadband. Arrange to continue with @Plusnet series of problems. No broadband for 10 days. Not happy

  • Ray60107381 Ray (@Ray60107381) reported

@Plusnet just signed a new contract and within a month Plusnet jack the price up. Well i’ll see out this contract then i’ll never use Plusnet again and, i will make sure the public via Social media are aware of this sharp practice!

  • ttwep Bill Pearson (@ttwep) reported

@Plusnet why are you still trying to take payment from me? I closed the account 6 weeks ago and I’m still getting bills. Worse, I can’t contact you as you don’t recognise the number in your system so can’t “chat” with your system. Help!

  • timporteruk Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reported

@DanWoodger Don’t get me started! They are the worst of the worst in a multitude of ways. I’ve been a Plusnet / Freeview customer ever since and would never go back to Virgin EVER! Best of luck getting out!
