@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

@Plusnet Can you check if you are having issues in south east London? As I don’t think this is a me problem considering to start with with plusnet for first 8 months I had good connectivity. Feels like a “you” problem not to be pushed onto “me” the customer

@Plusnet What happened? BT Happened. Price hike, tag teen hard sell, no EOC notification. Rang up about a random “home phone service ready” txt. Found I’d bounced to default. What went wrong guys? It’s switch to 3 for me. Lost the love after 15 yrs with you.

@Plusnet So sent you a private message as you asked. Waiting for new service since 15 Sept only to be told next update Monday. This is all that happens. Then next update few more days in future again. Useless and Rubbish.
