@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

Plusnet Issues Reports

  • HamPerks Hamish Perks (@HamPerks) reported

@Plusnet can you please acknowledge the nationwide outage I've just been told about by your phone support team? Never had any issues like this in the 5+ years we've been with you and today of all days... please be back up by 6PM, in time for the #MWII Beta!! #Plusnetdown

  • karlwilliams Deadlight (@karlwilliams) reported

@TheWatc47403040 @Plusnet @PixieJo Plusnet are lying to you. It seems like most - maybe all - of their broadband network is down. They're refusing to announce it so your best bet is searching for "plusnet" on twitter and seeing updates from other customers.

  • FelixAndrews Felix Andrews (@FelixAndrews) reported from Aberystwyth, Wales

According to the person I spoke to on the phone, it's @plusnet's account authentication system that's broken, so I guess everyone just has to sit tight and wait for a fix.

  • flincauk Philip Wattis (@flincauk) reported

If your business has been seriously interrupted by the Plusnet outage, take time to consider whether a backup plan is needed. Cold comfort at this time, but entrusting your business ops to a £30pm service is risky at best.

  • GoHomeNicola Nicola (@GoHomeNicola) reported

@fannyanne93 Searched on Google and Sun newspaper are reporting the issue before plusnet have even woken up.

  • Oxigin Ryan (@Oxigin) reported

@Plusnet @DeliciousLegacy Feels like there are some major comms issues in the socal media team. Its clearly not "some customers" It's every customer and its all forms of Internet access. Even your own status page is down. Maybe stop copying and pasting the same reply and just give us an ETA pls. #plusnet
