Philip Colling (@LucianSanchez82) reported@Plusnet Today one of your engineers resolved a slow broadband issue for me after discovering my line was configured as ADSL (I pay for fibre). Assuming its been this way the entire contract (18 months this month), am I due a refund for the difference between ADSL and Fibre?

Worst decision I have made for a long time. You just cannot believe their claims or their promises. Once you pay your initial payment they don't care
