@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

2/2 connection providing an interim connection for when my @Plusnet contract ended on 16th Sep. Despite agreeing to this over a month before it never happened and I’m now paying the extremely high out of contact price. Despite trying to contact @anlx multiple times no response.

@wcrpaul I have backup WiFi on a separate router with openwrt installed. That was just because the last plusnet router was so bad. 2 to 3 drops a week requiring complete reboot.

@Plusnet no happy. Service due 2 go live on 15th. Still won't connect. 2 engineer both said authentication error ur end. Was promised a call by 6pm surprise no call. Used all mobile data so now paying for that ss well. If this isnt fixed today ill go elsewhere this is shocking
