How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

Thanks @Plusnet. Another unhappy customer. Signed up 1 month ago. Still no broadband. Put back again with no comms to advise. Credit to the call centre employee for his honesty though. Will be cancelling on monday. Did not do me proud.

@Plusnet 1/2 Day 14 without internet. Becoming mentally challenging, all forms of media run off broadband. Kids are feeling it, wife fed up and I’ve never felt so let down by a business as I do with Plusnet. Still no word on when I will get it, Ali can do is twiddle my thumbs.
@amber_lillixo We switched to Vodafone from Plusnet, who were atrocious, and the speeds are quality. The only minor issue we have is for whatever reason, our Amazon devices (FireTV & tablet) occasionally lose their connection, however I'm pretty sure it's an issue with Amazon & not Vodafone.
@robdoylev @plusnethelp Yes, it is a good plan as the router provided by Plusnet is crap. We had plusnet but used our old BT router. It was fine. Also check out @nicksplodge's advice too. I didn't realise it helped to have repeaters on different frequencies.
@plusnethelp I have been unable to access my a/c online for over 2 weeks now. Plusnet seem incapable of resolving the issue. Why?
@Plusnet over £100 to cease my service because my circumstances have changed and I’ve moved house. Wow, you don’t mention that in your TV adverts. I will never recommend your service to anyone. Thank you for being no help in such a stressful situation.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet please can someone at his useless company respond to me. Your internet login is not working for me to view open queries and I have been asked to connect to my test line. How do I do this?
Finally phoned and waited on hold for @Plusnet as no progress on the support ticket. Apparently @OpenreachHelp are quoting everything done by 26th October (Sunday). Wiring that many homes in three working days? That’s either impressive or massively unrealistic.

@plusnethelp Starting to think it won’t be fixed today either with the lack of response @Plusnet . It would rely help if reliable estimates could be given on this so people can work around it given so many are working from home now
