This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldn’t do any checks or test anything as it’s a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know that’s rubbish. It screamed of “finishing at 5 and can’t be bothered to do the checks. 🤦🏻

Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.
