    My broadband is currently with @Plusnet but not for much longer dreadful service and not getting the advertised speeds gradually getting worse and worse #avoid

    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp we have had ZERO INTERNET and NO ONE answers the phone to discuss this. This is severely impacting our jobs working through this pandemic. PLUSNET PLEASE HELP ALREADY. Last time I got through I was fobbed off and our bill was increased for no reason!!!

    @MarcAllera Through your Plusnet brand - you are responsible for my 94 year granddad who lives alone being cut off since October. Numerous engineer no shows, promised callbacks not materialising. He has still paid every bill on time. ‘Sync issue’ you are apparently unable to resolve.

    @Plusnet is there anyone who can actually help please? We should have been activated with fibre broadband yesterday our phone line and broadband still not activated. Called up this morning they tell me this wont be sorted till 2nd Feb. I thought plusnet Were award winning

    @JBoneDS @ManticoreRich Virgin is very much when it works they are brilliant but when it doesn’t they are the worst company in the universe! Sometimes it does make a different switching suppliers like EE, Plusnet, etc as they do tweaks to make this run nicely on their bits. Problem is if BT do work

    i'm livid @Plusnet @plusnethelp i have never in my life been kept so in the dark about an ongoing issue in this fashion. sunday 11:00AM we were informed there was a major service outage, and it's been like pulling teeth to get any information about this. AVOID.
