@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

@smithy1876 I had to wait a few weeks for mine but it suited me tbh as I’m off in school holidays and still have a plusnet contract. I’m really impressed I feel like it’s rare to get good service nowadays!

@Plusnet Sorry can this issue not be resolved today? You said Wednesday it would be back on. I am a remote worker and I can’t keep using my 4G. This is costing me a lot of money and I am so close to cancelling my account and looking elsewhere.

@Plusnet Hi, I upgraded my broadband with you yesterday and selected the 1st September for an engineer visit but I've been sent a confirmation for the 15th Sep, which isn't suitable - I WFH and have a meeting that morning. There isn't an option online to rearrange. Can you help?
