@plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

@Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CharlieBeatnik Andrew Dennison (@CharlieBeatnik) reported

Astonishingly bad service from @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp. They investigated a speed fault. I wasn’t in so they decided to just disconnect my house (phone and broadband). Call centre says they can’t return now until Monday. I work from home so this is totally unacceptable.

  • PSGen84 Graham (@PSGen84) reported

@Plusnet hi is phone lines down I can’t make a call help

  • xOldmanpete oldman (@xOldmanpete) reported

@Plusnet It seems like the rubber banding and high ping was down to the 5Ghz channel starting to fail, router has been factory reset, channels split back into two and I can't pick up the 5Ghz channel on any device.

  • GargAfc Garg (@GargAfc) reported

@Plusnet Hi, our internet service has been poor for a little while now (slow downloads/buffering) is there anything that can be done to help please?

  • DavidByrnand David Byrnand (@DavidByrnand) reported

Emailed Jamie Ford CEO of @plusnet about a **** up by them which has left me - a home worker - without broadband for at least the next 3 weeks. No response. Not even an acknowledgement. Very poor. Wish I'd changed supplier now.

  • JamesHe44852627 James Henry (@JamesHe44852627) reported

@Plusnet my Hub One router has lost network time. Logs show NTP failing and its got the wrong time. Can you help fix it please? My Cctv box takes time from my router so it's playing havoc with that.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@markwalshuk Hey Mark, I'm really sorry again for how long you've been without broadband. I believe I got this fixed for you after you messaged me via our Community forums last night. Is there anything else I can help you with? Cheers -Anoush (Plusnet Sheffield)

  • TheArnsby Dave Arnsby (@TheArnsby) reported

@Plusnet Hey no sorry your explanation was straight out of the corporate play book. Hang up every hour on a phone call? What about the 2000 minutes a month limit? What do you call the 2000 minutes a month limit? ‘Fair use’ no doubt…

  • oratoba Oratoba (@oratoba) reported

@MrAlgolagnist @Plusnet Lol, yeah, might have to come to that, today it seems okay! I mean, it's fine if it's just because of ongoing work and it'll settle down eventually but I hate it being unpredictable.

  • oratoba Oratoba (@oratoba) reported

So I've been getting slow transfers from @putdotio via @Plusnet for a few days now. It seems really sus. And then I use @NordVPN to switch to any other location (even just to London) and suddenly I get full bandwidth again so something is throttling connections.
