    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet It's hard to believe that the default position, when moving house, is that the cease/activation dates are not the same and must changed separately (if you remember to do so). On *all* calls I was very clear that I was booking this in advance to minimise any loss of service.

    @Plusnet @esarty Then should you not provide a dongle or free access to the BT hotspot facility? Admin errors happen, but you should do all you can to provide the service promised to your customer.

    @Jarmara @Plusnet I was told that they will reimburse me for the cost of BT Hotspot - good job as I can’t really test how good the connection will be until I’ve signed/paid up. Not sure whether we’ll be able to WFH on a public network due to certain security requirements on our connections.

    So @plusnet @plusnethelp anything further? Still no internet. Still two accounts showing. And yet to find an employee of yours that can’t sort the issue. Shall I just come down to the Sheffield office?

    @Plusnet Internet failing to connect today try your help says no issues. M24 area. Reboot several times doesn't help. Refresh router doesn't. Any ideas?

    @NOWHelpTeam It’s exposed. Iv always been on virgin so never bother. But I’m sick to the back teeth of them and looking to move. Yourselves sky bt and plusnet are all looking interesting. But I’m stuck on what to do.

    @TalkmobileUK Hi. I was looking at your sim only deals and was wondering if it will be ok to use in a tablet. I have recently bought one from Plusnet but am struggling to get any signal most of the time

    @Morcia My (old) phone doesn’t support 5G, but I’ve just changed my sim only deal from EE. I got a much cheaper deal still on EE from Plusnet who have various data plans available. Just Google ‘best sim only deals’.
