This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.
