This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. APY (@a_p_y_7) reported@Plusnet your service is appalling. I’ve had no internet for eight days. I have to call for updates every day and you don’t know what’s going on or when it will be resolved. Apparently there’s a £73 cancellation fee unless the service is down for over 30 days. Unbelievable.
