    @plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

    @Plusnet confused as to why I’ve been charged disconnection fee and 1 extra months rental even though we cancelled in cool off period - spent 4 hours of my day trying to sort it out over phone - ironic we cancelled due to poor customer service ☝🏿

    @Plusnet service was useless from the get go. Wouldn’t even load a social media post. Called to cancel during cooling off period but was convinced to stay and that it could be resolved. assured we could leave for free of the internet wasn’t working.

    . hello @Plusnet I hope you have an email address I can write on but you haven't got one.I was a Plusnet customer for 18 months,I switched to another provider, but now I regret that and tried to come back with 30 days rolling contract but my application is rejected with no reason

    @MMortAH @Plusnet Now that is cheeky. How long do you have left on the current contract? I'd consider binning them off and going with someone like @zeninternet if it works out cheaper (and I say this as a current and long standing Plusnet customer)

    @Plusnet will I get a refund of any kind bearing in mind I have transferred from #skybroadband to #Plusnet as my chosen broadband service provider? You see the problem is I have no service ... no broadband/internet and it's only day one

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Can smbdy help in sorting out the BB issue going on at my home since 20th Jul.Its just going on in circles with Plusnet, Openreach and BT Wholesale.Its diff to work w/o BB and acc to plusnet it can take upto 8 weeks to fix it.Just hilarious and frusturating!
