    My #plusnet internet seems to be down, I’ve turned it on and off again and reset it. Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

    @Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

    @plusnethelp 7 days on and not even a reason as to why my line was terminated let alone any time scale as to when it will be re-connected. Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

    @plusnethelp 7 days on and no idea why my line was cut let alone when it’s going to be re connected. #plusnet don’t call back when they promise to - no updates and generally appalling service from this generally good company. Step up your game and sort this out.

    Dear @Plusnet. I was drawn by the bright lights and fast speeds of @virginmedia but I’ve barely started as a customer with them and I already have non-functioning TV and Broadband, and have twice received incorrect billing invoices from them!

    @Plusnet My new SIM can't access your data network. I've called support, I tried to manually connect to your network and that failed so tried to enter the APN details I can't, it appears to be disallowed. Not great start, thinking of going already.

    @bt_uk It would be gr8 if you could help in anyway happy to pay just don’t need to wait 3mths with no comms from @Plusnet (having a message left o/l when you have no Signal hence need BB is not comms)to be told it’s £250 + than agreed. happy to pm my mobile nos and email)

    @Plusnet Figured it out. Luckily I’m quite technical. Plus net Hub back in its box and replaced with @TPLINK Modem Router. Working a treat now.

    Five weeks of no internet, 32 phone calls, countless emails, we were promised yesterday our internet would be switched on at midnight. @Plusnet have broken that promise AGAIN! You continuously blame @OpenreachHelp for not doing their job. Not sure what to believe!!

    @Ofcom @Plusnet no service near Stratford since yesterday. Surely someone should be concerned? Especially since people are working from home.

    @Plusnet Cheers. No bother, your support agent “Paul on the Wirral” was cool and helped me resolve it quickly. Needed to manually delete previous network operators ‘profile’ on iOS. Might be worth updating your Help page for others that may follow.

    @Plusnet Such a shame, PlusNet always offered a good service, sadly I’ve had to go to BT because they have connected my street to FTTP and am expecting activation within the next couple of weeks!

    @Plusnet mobile signal is down in CT21 - looks like a mast has gone as it seems to be all mobile carriers. Any idea when it will be fixed?
