    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @Plusnet switched to you on Thursday, slow if working at all broadband. Trying to cancel within my 14 days. Customer support says open 8-8 online. Ring up and closed. Disappointed with the service.

    @Plusnet I moved home & changed my package with you. I had an email saying that a date (6/9) had been scheduled for an appointment but would be confirmed following an ‘engineer’s report.’ Since then nothing from you! I need the internet for my job. VERY poor customer service!

    @Plusnet I'm afraid we are experiencing terrible customer support from @Plusnet at the moment, anyone else in the same place? Our internet went down a week ago now and we run our business from the house and have been losing clients and money daily as @Plusnet have not fixed it.
