Hattie Bee (@HattieBeeVint) reported from Skipton, EnglandIn a customer service job, you do not take an attitude with the customer, whether you think they are in the wrong or not (we were not). You smile, through your teeth if you have to, and remain polite. You do not raise your voice. @plusnethelp @Plusnet

David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

(((Tim from Radio Clash))) 🌈 🏳️🌈💛🤍💜🖤 (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
