Imagine Plusnet calling you out of the blue, and then the customer service man raising his voice. It’s not acceptable.

In a customer service job, you do not take an attitude with the customer, whether you think they are in the wrong or not (we were not). You smile, through your teeth if you have to, and remain polite. You do not raise your voice. @plusnethelp @Plusnet

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

Alright so a question for you all, over the past two months, we had our internet installation by Plusnet and Openreach rescheduled 10 times, openreach just never turned up, there’s been no actual explanation as to why, just call after call of rude people at customer services (1)

@Plusnet Just a suggestion; but when your service is down across the country, you might want to disperse with the timed tweets. They are not a good look.

It’s been two months now @Plusnet @plusnethelp and we’re not getting any messages regarding the compensation we rightly deserve. All messages and emails are being ignored. Tomorrow we will be contacting the ombudsman, your customer service just isn’t good enough

If you live in Stoke-on-Trent: Firstly, commiserations, it is awful for us. Secondly, landline internet is indeed down for many of us. On Plusnet, Sky, etc. Due to a local incident. Noone else on Twitter seems to be talking about it. Have a great, productive internet-free day!

@TalkTalk @atkinson_misty There’s little point in sending a dm unfortunately as you just get fobbed off with excuses, passed around different departments, none of who can answer your questions or sort the problem and then suggest you go back to sales and reorder. Cancel and try @Plusnet

@Plusnet ....charging £230 to a 90 Yr old who has had to go into a care home due to alzheimers. Yes we have asked to end the contract early, but surely due to the extenuating circumstances you have some policy in place to help our elderly. @alzheimerssoc @ageuk
