@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

@Plusnet disgusted that after being a loyal customer for 9 yrs due to no fault of my own I’ve had to sell my flat , move in with my mum therefore cancel my broadband. My reward from Plusnet - £140 cancellation fee! So disappointed. No empathy whatsoever. Never using again.

@plusnethelp Why will Plusnet not help an elderly couple who have been with plusnet for years transfer their connection from one property to another? There is no phone signal at the new property and despite a number of calls they are told to wait 2 weeks and charged as well

Well got 2 wait up to 5 days for a new router as the engineer gave everything the all clear. Hate waiting too. Problem being I am getting another router the exact same as the one I already have and the engineer said my one is well old and @Plusnet have newer versions???
