But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
