@greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

  • cfurneaux Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported from London, England

Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

  • lewis_hardwick Lewis Hardwick (@lewis_hardwick) reported from Crayford, England

So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

  • Pebblepower23 Katherine (@Pebblepower23) reported from Romford, England

@plusnethelp @Plusnet no wife for 12 hrs and no helpline to call. Makes WFH a problem #$%$ done all tests by on site IT husband.....#help #annoyed #WiFi

  • anyaebgair Anya Gair (@anyaebgair) reported from London, England

Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

  • cfurneaux Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported from London, England

@Plusnet internet still down! Unfortunately as an existing customer paying you already I’m not looking to sign up again so there is no one to tell that your service is down. Hopefully you know

@virginmedia A year of being with plusnet with zero problems. Moved to Virgin one week ago as was the only choice at the place I was moving to and now it’s down with zero contact from you !! Meant to be online at 9 doing assessments for students? Any advice ?!!!

  • xnsxo . (@xnsxo) reported

@Plusnet why is your website just not working? I ordered broadband and I’m trying to track my order but can’t even do that. Could you please help so I can get an update ASAP.

  • kirstywood89 Kirsty Wood (@kirstywood89) reported

@Plusnet I can't seem to contact your customer service from Italy, neither the 0800 number nor 500. Anywhere else I can speak to someone?

  • Marcus_JC16_ Ⓜ️ (@Marcus_JC16_) reported

@CFC__Cameron Worst WiFi plusnet is better

  • MadgeOrrity J Brown 💙💛 (@MadgeOrrity) reported

@AdvocateforJus4 @Only9built I'm not sure. Lots of people seem to like TalkTalk but we had a bad experience with them.. Conversely, we did okay with PlusNet, although their reviews online aren't as good. I liked that they had UK Call Centres so they seemed better staffed at times when we needed help.

  • AlisonRoyles Alison Royles (@AlisonRoyles) reported

@KazzyAnnie1 We've had plusnet for years. Never had any major gripes with them.

  • beaker9 David White (@beaker9) reported

@virginmedia Been with @VirginMedia less than a month. Nothing but trouble and today - nothing at all. Will be seeking to cancel and go back to @Plusnet who were amazing. I'd rather have perfect 40Mbps than rarely there 250Mbps.

  • pprinplup2 Percy The Prinplup 💙 🐀 (@pprinplup2) reported

No internet on #virginmedia? Go to @Plusnet instead! I've never been let down by their @BT_uk-backed broadband.

  • TimButlerWorcs Tim Butler (@TimButlerWorcs) reported

@Plusnet I never did get through - I asked how else I could get in touch and Plusnet told me the only alternative was by letter!

  • CurlyHooligan Curly Hooligan (@CurlyHooligan) reported

@andrewwhyman Yeah, it's a pretty rural area. BT now aren't the ridiculous price they once were, especially exploiting new customer offers. Once billed £52/month for 25-30Mbps. Switched to PlusNet for £18/month after that. I'd happily upgrade now to a fibre package but I'd get the same speeds.
