But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

I've had to ring them 6 times this year, internets back on 10 gbps slower than should be 😠 & NO promised callback. What a fecking company, & they've put the price up 😡

Its affecting my work as I work from home. Uve sent 4 engineers out over the years and they never find anything wrong in the house

Didn't transfer the line so it went dead, which needed a bt reinstall. Basically left us with no phone or Internet throughout Christmas and new year. They were shockingly bad
