Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.
