    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet no wife for 12 hrs and no helpline to call. Makes WFH a problem #$%$ done all tests by on site IT husband.....#help #annoyed #WiFi

    Does anyone have any contacts at a senior level within plusnet or know how to escalate a matter past their help desk ? I am concerned for an elderly lady, in her 90’s with a heart condition, who is suffering increased anxiety dealing with the contact centre. This is urgent

    @OpenreachHelp For decision after plusnet asked for this to be overturned. Or whether the right turn is. All the time this is going on we are left with no broadband when I am supposed to be working from home. I am a counsellor and i need my internet to support vulnerable people.

    currently experiencing phone / interweb gremlins. BT phone not having calls coming in/out (apparently they'll have it fixed "by Thursday") Plusnet broadband slow asf, currently 1002kbps downstream connection (1364kbps attainable) 🤦

    @Plusnet why is it so hard to make an account on your website trying to make an account appears impossible as I still haven't found how and there is no help on the customer support pages. Please provide a link to the page that is CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

    @DallawayO Hi Oliver, as this is only affecting your wireless devices; there are a few changes we can make remotely which should help improve your Wi-Fi. It will cause the signal to drop for a few minutes while the changes take place. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    Looking to change Internet provider. I'm with #Plusnet just now, who started at a low price which has grown to same as #BT. But I'm not getting a great service recently. It goes off frequently throughout the day, every day since Christmas Day. Suggestions?

    @Plusnet #longtime ??? It taken so far your company a hole day to even worrie about the info I sent you ?? I'm not happy I done what you asked . Then no one bothered checking or getting back not good customer relations ? Prove me wrong !
