@plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

This month I've had to pay PlusNet for a Broadband service which I can't even use because I'm contractually obliged to do so & my phone was only device I had & I've also had to pay for a basic phone & sim card along with paying PlusNet for sim in my phone that police have seized.

I am sending this via a mobile phone. Search engines are working, returning links to your help pages but it is as if the servers are dead. No web pages delivered to this phone. Current DSL uptime 5h 58m, data rate as expected, for Plusnet landline

@SkyHelpTeam "Most likely having WIFI or device issues" Wow nothing gets past you does it? Let's see, all WIFI devices having issues, so that would mean its the WIFI. Who provides the technology to provide the WIFI? Sky. Months of this crap I have dealt with. Can't wait to go with @Plusnet
