  • lewis_hardwick Lewis Hardwick (@lewis_hardwick) reported from Crayford, England

So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

  • deniseessex denise salman (@deniseessex) reported from Chelmsford, England

  • cfurneaux Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported from London, England

@Plusnet internet still down! Unfortunately as an existing customer paying you already I’m not looking to sign up again so there is no one to tell that your service is down. Hopefully you know

  • Blitzwalker Steve Hunnisett (@Blitzwalker) reported from London, England

@greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

  • rider45 Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

  • Pebblepower23 Katherine (@Pebblepower23) reported from Romford, England

  • afitzgeraldnhs Anthony Fitzgerald (@afitzgeraldnhs) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp awful customer service - my 75 year old “Yorkshire Folk” father waiting for connection since Tuesday am - also spending my time on hold to awful music - it isn’t like the adverts that’s for sure !

  • PBarrett8 P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported

@uncletatty @Plusnet yep just before 8pm when customer service goes home. That is the business model it seems. From then on the network is little swiss cheese and they just try and blame the user.

  • SpaceyDaisyB Tracey Beaven (@SpaceyDaisyB) reported

@plusnethelp I joined plusnet broadband and have been plagued with problems. I be allowed 10 days for the line to settle but still have constant buffering, poor connection, no connection issues. We have to constantly reset the router -sometimes up to 5 times a day. Advice please

  • KraftyKray 🇬🇧 A PROUD BREXITEER 🇬🇧 (@KraftyKray) reported

I can’t believe in this day and age, with cybercrime increasing, that Plusnet do NOT enable its users to forward any SPAM texts that they receive to 7726, the number used by just about EVERY other mobile network provider in the UK! Come on @Plusnet @plusnethelp get this sorted!

  • lucyyoung90 Lucy ⭐️ (@lucyyoung90) reported

How can I contact @Plusnet to cancel my broadband order this weekend? 21 days today since I placed the order and still no internet... phone number that claims to be 7 days a week is definitely telling me they are Monday to Friday when I ring. Online chat is offline...

  • PBarrett8 P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported

@cashbey @Plusnet @plusnethelp useless, just cuts out whenever their network can't cope and they just spend the whole time trying to tell you its something your end. If that is the only service they can provide then fine, i will take if for a fiver a month.

  • Blackout_19 Steve (@Blackout_19) reported

@Plusnet 4 days after my phone and broadband was supposed to switch over, and I was told the issue was with Openreach, I have now been disconnected by my current provider and you have no Sunday support. I signed with you for the good service. I've yet to have any... Help?

  • RachaelParkman Rachael Parkman (@RachaelParkman) reported

Brands should not have customer service twitter feeds if they aren’t able to respond to customers. Yes, looking at you @plusnethelp. The minute out contract is up we’re off. 24hrs into internet outage and no idea when it’s coming back. Hopeless. Avoid @Plusnet

  • gfkw47 G Woodhouse 3.5% #BLM #FBR #EU citizen #PR_Voting (@gfkw47) reported

@WhichUK Apparently forwarding scam or spam text messages to 7726 does not always work, because some providers of mobile service do not support the use of short number forwarding - including mine (Plusnet)! Which I am astonished by as they are owned by BT!

  • katieee03 Katie (@katieee03) reported

@AirtimeRewards hi, can I use airtime rewards with plusnet if I select EE in my account as they use the EE network? Same with Voxi who use Vodaphone network?
