But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Now I've sourced a substitute, Plusnet refuse to pay any money towards it and only offer credit, which doesn't cover the cost of the short term fix. Award winning!
