@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

My 92 yr old mom still drives. She has agreed not to drive outside of her small town though. She goes to the bank, church, grocer, postoffice, gets her own gas, local car dealership for infrequent maintenance [where they treat her like royalty btw] She takes food to funeral dinners and diapers to new moms. Makes cookies for local bake sales and youth events. I'm so grateful.

Hawks Rd Post Office Kingston should not be operating as a post office. They don't know what they are doing and get nasty blaming the customer 😡

@king_reinhardt in all seriousness, I had to buy my bus tickets at the local postoffice. Literally no other shop sold them. Then, for a month, as the bus service changed its ticketing system i had to go to another town, to buy the busticket i needed to get to another town....
