@PostOffice Thanks @PostOffice for sorting my problem out by email and promising a refund of the postage 👍. Credit where it's due. Of course, I respectfully suggest that you improve your in-branch procedures to prevent this happening again.

@PostOffice National disgrace that post office sacked and imprisoned innocent subpost masters !! HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME AS ITS TOOK 16 YEARS TO REDRESS .A sad day for British justice despite convictions being quashed.

Time to nationalise all Mail services. Nothing like pandemic & Christmas to bring out the blatant profiteering. Hours queue in one of the last outposts marked by appalling service and pressure selling of ‘fast’ deliveries at 3x cost if I want it there by 2023. Gross @PostOffice

@JeromeMayhew @PostOffice please can you give support to Fakenham town regarding our Post Office. We lost a main branch December last year and now staff are struggling with one till and turned me away. I am a disabled business customer. #DisabledPersons #SmallBusiness

@PostOffice Yes, from a post office I use more often. I'm a bit mystified as to why she couldn't find Guernsey on her PO computer - i had a full address/post code and she could find Jersey. The second post office had no problem at all and never has with other parcels

This delay probably means that the cards won't get there in time! Seriously not good enough from the @PostOffice! Clearly this branch and shop is so bad, that they're closing completely 'for the foreseeable future' on Monday, which is probably why nothing down there is working!

@itvnews And the @PostOffice is still a shambles here in Argyll. They don't listen, don't respond to correspondence and simply don't provide a service to thousands of people.

I mean... Could they not use normal postage stamps for the rest of the cards, and if not, why not?! Couldn't they just have sold the postage stamps to put on the rest? I'm confused! #Fail @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @
