@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

In person evidence to #PostOfficeScandal inquiry turned up lots of times people were said to have said things that they said they would never have said. Very curious that. Or perhaps @PostOffice culture encouraged people and lawyers to say things they knew they shouldn't say.

@PostOffice This bday card was posted in Notts on Thursday 27/11, 2nd class. My daughter hoped id get it on 1/12 but it was only franked on that day. I’ve just received it - on Sunday 14/12. It’s taken 17days …. full address n postcode were on it too! Dreadful service guys 😢

My Post Office maturity amount of ₹2,00,000 (2-year deposit) is being delayed for 25+ days. First they said 1 week, then 10 days, and every day say ‘come tomorrow’. This is very irresponsible. Please resolve this issue immediately. @IndiaPostOffice #PostOffice #CustomerService
