    @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

Eg car tax, can govt declare they'll only accept digital payment and disallow cash payment at postoffice? I'm trying to understand this from all sides so sorry if it's an idiot question

    @PostOffice 2/2 him sorted in the end. The branch couldn't do it because they didn't have the kit. Your service level measurement needs to be world class to understand the impact of your inventory or equipment failures. If it already is then this was a mgt inaction failure pure &simple

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So you ‘ask’.. there is no problem with anyone taking a close up of their own parcel. So its not ‘law’ and most certainly nothing to do with ‘mail integrity laws’. Basically, your saying you dont want customers being able to prove they posted a parcel in good condition?

    @PostOffice It’s not an inconvenience for me. Your missing the point. You need to recruit and look after these colleagues of yours better. They are so overworked it’s awful to see. You need a minimum of two on at all times. How can they even use the toilet? It’s not right in 2022

    Appalling customer service in the @PostOffice in Alwnick this afternoon Rude, no name tag, not responding to questions and eye rolling at our questions about parcels. Man sat on the counter with no tag or uniform Politeness cuts both ways I'll just use @dhlexpressuk next time

    @PostOffice Your organisation more than most has a social responsibility to older people in particular. If you forced an old lady who can only walk 200yds do an extra journey because you were missing a service then you failed. Today a 67 Yr old man was in a right state over this. We got 1/2
