One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

Didn't cover the food bills. I fled in the clothes I was wearing, with less than a tenner. Reality of domestic abuse.

They were almost all illiterate and many would have struggled with apps etc but they could manage cash.
