  • Calum_Kean Calum Kean (@Calum_Kean) reported from Camberwell, England

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

  • BrianMcAuslan Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

  • bill_banksy Bill Banks (@bill_banksy) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

  • jaffamonkey jaffamonkey (@jaffamonkey) reported from Poplar, England

A crappy alliance of #AmazonUK and collect service of #Ramsgate #PostOffice, will ensure the shittest service imaginable. UK does lead the way in one area at least. Oh, and xenophobia. Wonderful.

  • moni_natasha moni (@moni_natasha) reported from Wandsworth, England

this #PostOffice story where those poor people were wrongfully accused of theft & convicted & it was faulty systems. how bloody awful, some lost everything. some died before their name was cleared 😰

  • cfidurauk Christie Fidura (@cfidurauk) reported from Richmond, England

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

  • ithattheatre Imagine That Theatre (@ithattheatre) reported from London, England

@PostOffice I have two parcels posted using the signed for service on 15 December that have yet to leave Mottingham Post Office. I understand you’re busy but any idea why it’s been 6 days and no delivery?

  • TellerMarie ⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

  • sophiers50 Sophie Rushton-Smith (@sophiers50) reported from Wandsworth, England

  • Kilkeerock Siobhan O'Connell (@Kilkeerock) reported

@SeemaMisra7 @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk Fantastic news - just seen you on TV news. So happy for you but what a terrible ordeal you and other innocent people have gone through.

  • MetalClaySchool Metal Clay (@MetalClaySchool) reported

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Chairman should go and look at current flagship cases. You should be ashamed as a Chairman and the CEO. Post Office management should be ashamed of their cover ups. Your legal teams should hang their heads in shame intimidating people who raise complaints. The Press are watching

  • Nico_Macdonald Nico Macdonald (@Nico_Macdonald) reported

@adhib @nickwallis Yes, people motivated to think the worst of those whose livelihoods they shaped. The @PostOffice was allowed to be a ‘prosecuting authority’ and if one considers its history and importance, going back to the Tudors, its militant and harsh treatment of people is not so surprising.

  • DeExilio Ștefan Iaonco (@DeExilio) reported from Copmanthorpe, England

A key issue in today’s Court of Appeal @PostOffice judgment is that PO - like some other bodies like HSE or RSPCA - acts as a Private Prosecutor. Given emerging issues with the Horizon IT system, it is more likely that a police/ @cpsuk investigation would not have led to charges

  • viren2468 viren2468 (@viren2468) reported

@jamiesont The post office should now be prosecuted for fraud entry bringing these cases as they knows it was their system at fault and still blamed these poor postmasters a Shame on you @postoffice You are a disgrace expensive ans useless company

  • 060644FranceJen Jen 💙⚓️ (@060644FranceJen) reported

@davidallengreen The #PostOffice should pay out compensation for the many shattered lives. I gather there are more who need help?

  • PaulSim10353260 Dr Paolo Gustavo Simeone (@PaulSim10353260) reported

@PostOffice Although I'm certain that your top brass/the cowardly/irresponsible, incompetents who've ruined people's lives thru this awful calamity will NEVER suffer, from now on, & whenever possible, even if it means spending more, I will avoid using your service.

  • glovelace Graham Lovelace (@glovelace) reported

Who are the #PostOffice directors and senior managers that doubled down after IT glitches were first identified? What actions were taken, or will now be taken, against them for their roles in the #PostOfficeScandal?

  • millbo4000 Paul Mills (@millbo4000) reported

@fujitsu_uk @Fujitsu_Global it would help if you held your head in shame. Many post office workers have suffered the indignity of a criminal record because you couldn't code! You need to be bought to account A real disgrace #PostOfficeScandal #PostOffice

  • TonyRome51 Simon Oliver (@TonyRome51) reported

I hope those sub postmasters & staff who were convicted following the @PostOffice Investigations sue the crap out of them.
