@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice I got served after 20 minutes in the cold. It might have been nice if your staff acknowledged the wait outdoors and maybe even apologised for it? Also - “log this internally” - what does this mean? Surely you have a SLA for franchisees about customer wait times?

@PostOffice You get my point at the end, I choose the postage. This did not happen. He never said it'll have to go as small parcel, and proceeded to put it through as parcel. Only at end of transaction I asked. Not happy as I was not given the choice to not post.

I'm a small business that buys & sells online (I was posting 3 parcels to customers) and I was confronted by the most rude, arrogant, bad attitude woman behind the desk, challenging me with rage about me wanting to post parcels!

Outside the box comes scrutiny and need strong minds for it to shift things. Get out of the box and see injustice and unfairness.

@PostOffice 1 how do I make a complaint? Been in branch and asked to send as large letter. Asked if wanted 2nd or 1st. Charged 3.20. I then said it's a large letter, he said not. OK, fine, but where was my option? Why was I not told that
