@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Wouldn't it be easier if @RoyalMailHelp just used Parcelforce Worldwide to deliver their service for the time being, and you continued to sell international post services at Royal Mail prces?

@PostOffice Except the passport can’t be used for travel as it is older than 10 years old. I didn’t appreciate the emotional blackmail being used for a service I don’t need.

Rare visit to the @PostOffice to send some signed for letters. Clever me sees a big queue and heads for self service till. However, apparently a ‘host’ has to approve these transactions and so I stood until the queue had gone and one of the staff were free to come help me 👏

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I did tag them in to my original tweet. Hopefully they can come up with a solution, rather than just offering zero service and expecting customers to pay 10 times as much for a different carrier. Thanks.

@BleghHanna @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp When you use Click & Drop, to take your parcel to a Post Office (or have it collected by Royal Mail) you have to print the full address label yourself and attach it to the parcel. You can only use the QR code at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point. It tells you that in the email.

@PostOffice Yes, I realise that. What I mean is why don't you just offer the normal Royal Mail service at Royal Mail prices, and then Royal Mail send their post via Parcelforce Worldwide?
