Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.
