    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    If we let the @USPS control the all the sand in the Sahara Desert they would find a way to waste every last grain of sand in less then a year. They can't even provide the service they r being paid to do. Middletown De worst postoffice in the US.

    @USPSHelp On 12/14 I sent a package to my Son in the Military priority mail $22.55 the package has never been received. Middletown de. Postoffice said they don't do refunds! How can they take this long and not give a refund for a package they told me would be delivered on time?

    @PostOffice I sent 3 parcels on 21. 12.2020 paid £61. 00 for special next day delivery by 1pm none of the parcels arrived by 1pm, and 2 out of 3 2 days late! I have emailed a complain asking for a refund of the additional I have paid for that service and still not had a reply!

    @USPSHelp If you pay for a service the postoffice should have to refund the money when they give u a date an its not delivered on time. Not on that day at Christmas doesn't always mean the 2 days promised I get that but 16 days and still counting I want a refund
