Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

I’m disabled I waited all day Tuesday for a package it never arrives then the app says it tried to deliver at 4:44pm i have a buzzer and a bell in my home. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!
