Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

Unless you were asking for a tracked service (T24 or T48) you absolutely should have been able to use your stamps. As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
