Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

I’m now 2 days later and can’t get any information I absolutely hate Royal Mail.
