  Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

  @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

  @Tucker5law @PostOffice @nickwallis Same! Mr used to have a post office counter until covid and there were still software issues with Horizon, STILL! I worked for a s/w house for banking s/w can you imagine if we'd have behaved like that with cos like Lloyds and UBS etc

  @JoeBrolly1993 @StiofanBreathna Get down to one of the many post offices these men collect their social welfare in and have a chat with the postoffice staff about the attitude & arrogance of these illegal immigrants. They are not genuine asylum seekers/refugees & have a huge sense of entitlement.

  @2_Wheeled_Wolf @PostOffice Is this for collecting a parcel ? Is the app 100% reliant on a signal for that ? Norwegian Post Office app, as soon as you have the notification the parcel is ready, it has the code to generate the barcode offline.
