Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

James Schulkes (@schulkes) reported from Hammersmith, England.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith
-
Michelle Cuthbert (@physiorichmond) reported from Richmond, England@PostOffice I have urgent PPE arriving today. I have filled out a safe place box and your bot has decided I asked for new delivery date please help

Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.
-
Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reported from Sutton, England@UberEats have become the single worst delivery company out there. @PostOffice you are off the hook

Ian Freeman (@ianfreeman) reported from Lambeth, England@BalhamDailyPRSS @DuCaneCourt @BusinessWandBC @NightingaleSMcD @TootingPRSS @naturalforbaby @NNsw1217 @weareBATCA Great news about the @PostOffice - save us having to queue for 20 minutes for the dubious pleasure of being treated like shit by the miserable bastards in the main #Balham one!
-
Christophe Louis (@MrChrisLouis) reported from Camberwell, England@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing
-
Maria Lam (@mariamaylam) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for getting back to me but it doesn't matter now. I then registered with my gmail account which worked. There must be a problem with hotmail accounts.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.
-
Bill Christie (@BillChristie15) reported from Lambeth, England@Stewart86601003 @tingtingmacoute @lenkaloser @PostOffice Poor insults are not a substitute for facts.
-
sarah guerra (@equalitywarrior) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice Why though it’s stupid and annoying

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service
-
Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, EnglandHow come when you post something ‘Guaranteed Delivery Next Day’ and it never arrives neither @RoyalMail nor @PostOffice will take responsibility! #lostmail #importantpapers #lost

Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@PostOffice Do you know how you support the use and accessibility of cash? Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.
-
julian (@Julian2017124) reportedWhy can’t the @PostOffice simply accept that their Camberwell branch has been making repeated errors, that their staff clearly needs proper retraining (and more than just that), and that customers deserve a genuine apology when these incidents happen?
-
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@Kierbro) reported@PostOffice Thank you for your help. Appreciated.

RAVI RANJAN (@ravi_fit) reported@IndiaPostOffice is one of the most inefficient public service institutions, suffering from poor accountability, lack of ownership, and an outdated customer experience. Employees often appear insulated from the consequences of poor service, which ultimately hurts citizens. If meaningful reforms are not possible within the current structure, the government should seriously consider privatization or introducing greater competition to bring accountability, efficiency, and customer-centricity into the system. @JM_Scindia, some immediate reforms that can significantly improve India Post: • Mandatory acceptance of UPI and digital payments at every post office. • Clearly defined and publicly visible SLAs for all services. • Mandatory explanations and accountability whenever an SLA is breached. • A designated officer/team responsible for every stage of a service request. • A centralized grievance, escalation, and resolution system with proper tracking. • Real-time service tracking and greater transparency. • Regular publication of performance and grievance-resolution metrics. India Post serves millions of citizens. It deserves a system built on accountability, ownership, and measurable service standards. #postoffice

Mary Cuthbertson (@MaryCuthbe41916) reported@xiled4trut20438 @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Have you seen the programme and the background work carried out for that programme? However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)
-
Natasha Hings (@NatashaHings) reportedImagine walking to a @PostOffice and wanting to buy an envelope because you don’t have any at home, and there are no shops nearby; to be told they don’t have any. Not only this, but to be repeatedly met with resistant, rude and unhelpful ‘customer service’.
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@sjt18 @PostOffice 100% it was you who was rude first and went nuts st her because she has to follow rules and wouldn't just give you your parcel.
