I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service

In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
