    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    Postal service in Catford is aweful. It’s so intermittent and then Postworker delivering after 10pm Scared the hell out of me. Not cool. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice staines post office a queue halfway down wh Smith and two people serving at the counter of the post office. This service is disgraceful

    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    @PostOffice Having called PO customer services, my options are; 1) Continue in contract with Shell Energy 2) Cancel - but pay full price of contract and lose service (?!) We took our contact out a week before the takeover, it's laughable we weren't made aware this might happen when we did.

    @PostOffice why is your #broadband customer service so bad? Shielding for the month & trying to work from home with the worst internet connection known to human kind, on top of that, your call center people refuse to admit any fault and say maybe I'm watching too much YouTube?!

    @nathan_quao Shipment sometimes delays, when there are issues, you can request for a refund. I usually use the Postoffice through their standard shipping but other shipment options dey like DHL Overall it’s good.

    @PostOffice I shouldn’t have to prompt a thank you. By speaking to him like I do a 4 year old? I told the shopkeeper but it’s not good. Horrifically rude. Don’t wear a suit and lack manners. Defeats the object? Just like my parcel to be handled with better manners.

    @PmgHyderabad regarding issue of new aadhar, there is a lot of confusion at trimulgherry postoffice. They gave tokens monday morning at 7am.we came and collected tokens.Suddenly at 9am they say that aadhar will not be issued today.For simple aadhar i have to come with kids thrice

    @PostOffice my elderly parents have a problem with their phone line. You have been fobbing them off for the last 3 months. It needs sorting, they rely on their phone. Please do not say contact customer services! They have been since the start of the year!!!
