@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

Saturday afternoon is the only time I can visit the warehouse to purchase stock for my retail side of the business.
