@ScholesDominice @SkySports Don’t need education in this, this BLM movement is doing nothing for the issues. It’s divisive, and bringing back the dark days of the late 70’s. I remember the days well, and believe me we don’t want to go back. The Kick it out message needs a re launch.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

@SkyHelpTeam We have sound drop out issues on Sky Q UHD, mostly football. Seems to be a widespread issue as there are many posts about this all over the internet. It happens whether we listen to sound through an Onkyo av receiver or through the tv speakers. Any fix for this?

@SkyHelpTeam we have been hounded by nearly 10 hoax calls from people claiming to be from Sky technical support this morning. As a sky customer is there anything you can do to stop this? It’s invasive and very annoying and although it you - it’s is damaging to Sky’s reputation.
