Hi @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box keeps randomly not connecting to my home network. Every other device in the house keeps its connection. Has done this since day 1 in early July. Thought it may be a router issue, but have since upgraded to @NETGEAR #orbi

I’m confused ,just watched #refwatch on #SkySports and there’s Dermot Gallagher telling us it’s not hand ball if ur hands down by ur sides so not deliberate yet in the #celtic v #rangers #oldfirmderby the Celtic goal should’ve been disallowed for hand ball when it was accidental

@SkyHelpTeam after logging an issue numerous times over 12 months & getting nowhere I have today attempted to cancel via webchat. The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add £18.99 onto TV package’s. Cancelled as you want £20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled 😡

Hi @virginmedia and @SkyHelpTeam - can't log into Sky Sports on my Mac (tried Safari and Chrome) using my VM login details. After entering my details, I just end up back at the Sky Sports homepage, not logged in. Seems a few ppl having this issue. Help?

@SkyHelpTeam I can log in to Virgin Media website no problem. It is specifically accessing Sky Sports via the Sky website that is the problem. There's nothing wrong with my Virgin credentials so I can't see how it is a Virgin problem?
