    @SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a ยฃ10 goodwill offer.

    Loyal customer for over 20 years @skyUK. BT scrap line rental for those with no phone, Sky add ยฃ18.99 onto TV packageโ€™s. Cancelled as you want ยฃ20 Admin fee, Deal increased during the call. Not Happy App GREAT NEWS package has changed with only half the package being cancelled ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @SkyHelpTeam 27 years a customer for the vast majority paying a full subscription of movies &sports and now with ill health & falling into debt & when I really need help they wonโ€™t let me relinquish 9 months left on my contract. I was going to take a break, Iโ€™ll never be back.
