Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a Β£10 goodwill offer.

My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the Β£113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days! He is now having to request the phone call recording - what a shame - we thought England was more advanced than Australia but obviously not!
