    @SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet even with the engineer fixing the issue it STILL crashes, it's not the first time either. When I first had Sky set up in 2017 the first 8 months it constantly crashed then too, the phone jack box was changed and it behaved til recently. I only have my phone connected too.

    @SkyHelpTeam What you don't say is that you won't remind customers of the end of their contract or that you will double the charges for being 'out of contract.' A really cheap and nasty way to enrich yourselves at the customer's cost. Will I buy other Sky products? Fat chance.

    3) the same issue we had for years before! Everyone I talk to experiences the same! If your product is not fit for purpose then admit it, don't charge so much or withdraw it from circulation. Excellent idea - poorly executed @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
