I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

They do line test say my box is faulty and it will cost £50 And also inform me I'm out of contract apparently. Good to know I've been out of contract and your still taking my money

After 30+ years as a Sky customer our Sky contract was terminated in December all because we moved home and needed a Sky Stream box instead of Q but cost increase was staggering so terminated.
