@SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

@SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, I’m sorry - but it doesn’t. I’ve ended up on that page several times but there’s no contact methods listed? I’ve opened the boxes such as ‘cancel outside of cooling off period’ but it only states info like needing 14 days.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have tried all the steps and it’s telling me to get in touch. When I looked previously an engineer was £65 unless the contract was renewed. I’ve cancelled your service (end date 31st) but refuse to pay the full bill as the speeds have been rubbish.
