Actually hate being with sky broadband. Over priced for poor quality wifi and internet. The app says I'm getting a good signal 12mbps (not good by today's standard imo) but my devices struggle to stream anything lately. @SkyHelpTeam are pretty poor too.

@SkyHelpTeam loyal 16 year customer paying £77 monthly for basic TV fibre broadband and phone line, now out of contract, ready to go to another provider where I can get the same for half the price unless you can match it! Also wouldnt mind Sky Q!!

@SkyHelpTeam We too are getting pathetic service from sky, we have ongoing issues with our broadband service with internet cutting out numerous times a day, tv going off we have spent hours on the phone had sky engineer out, bt engineer out who think they have solved but it’s worse than ever.

Here we go again. Sky broadband is like a yo-yo. @SkyHelpTeam Im having daily issues connecting to my work VPN using my Sky broadband. I can’t wait for my contract to expire.
