@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

Dear @SkyHelpTeam why does my picture keep cutting out when I have the settings on UHD. I pay a small fortune 2 you 2 be able 2 watch content in UHD & constantly have this issue. Which is faulty? The sky q box or the hdmi cable you supplied? Btw your box chose the 10 bit settings

So happy I’m finally ditching Sky after 15 years. Their broadband has gotten worse, the costs have more than doubled in 12 months and there customer service is sadly lacking @SkyHelpTeam
