Matthew Ripton (@matthew_ripton) reported from Basingstoke, England@SkyHelpTeam Iโm speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. Thatโs really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

I have tried all of the simple troubleshooting steps and is still not working. We have had a sky broadband connection for nearly a year with no problems.

Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

Presumably a hack but it got through the normally very good Google spam filter and they have my email address.
